Facing an increasingly complex external environment,it is extremely important for the development of an enterprise to manage and utilize internal resources well.The predecessor of SY Printing Materials Co.,Ltd.was the Material Supply Bureau.At present,its business integrates commodity import and export,sales,warehousing,transportation,and service.Its business tentacles extend to the international market.Users are spread across more than a dozen provinces,cities,and autonomous regions across the country.Stable domestic and foreign sales markets.However,since the restructuring,SY Company has not had a clear and traceable strategic plan on its development road.Faced with various pressures of market competition,the design and reconstruction of its development strategy is of great significance to the future development of the company.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Clarify the background and significance of the research in this article,analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign literature on company development strategies and printing industry corporate development strategies,and then propose the research ideas,content and research methods of this article;(2)Constructing the theoretical system of this article,researching development strategy theories such as integration and diversification,and researching the PEST analysis method,SWOT analysis method and Boston matrix analysis method involved in this article;(3)Analyze the development status of SY company,apply the method of interview records,conduct interview records with the company’s leadership and main part of the person in charge,analyze and summarize the existing problems of the company’s development,and analyze the poor profitability of non-main business,Analyze the causes of problems such as unreasonable resource allocation,each department’s own governance,and greater policy impact;(4)Conduct PEST analysis on the external development environment of SY company,and conduct SWOT analysis on the company’s internal resources to lay the foundation for the subsequent determination of the company’s development strategy;(5)Based on the analysis conclusions of SY company’s internal and external environment development,formulate SY company’s short term and long term strategic goals,and put forward corresponding development strategies and company development strategy implementation measures based on the SWOT and Boston matrix analysis conclusions.For the problems that may be faced by the implementation measures,the implementation safeguard measures for the development strategy are proposed,and safeguard measures are formulated in terms of human resources,finance,information,organizational culture,and systems.Based on SY’s nearly 40 years of experience in the development process,this paper is supported by theoretical tools to clarify the future development direction of the company,and various safeguard measures make the research in this paper useful for companies in the industry facing similar operating risk pressures.Has certain reference and reference value.
