Metallurgical underground mining enterprises have frequent accidents and it is difficult to manage safety.In order to promote scientific and standardized management in mining enterprises,this paper guided by the thinking method of safety system engineering,through the metallurgical underground mine safety production process hazard identification,accident early warning,the development of network information system and the corresponding accident emergency problems as the research object,systematic and comprehensive study,from the people and things,material,method,ring and so on many Angle for security analysis,systematic hazard identification,based on the trend of accident early warning analysis,developed a set of metallurgical underground mining hazards identification and warning system trend.The details are as follows:Based on the analysis of the original safety management situation of the mine,adopt the guideline of "safety first,prevention first" and take the system theory as the guidance.In this paper,a series of hazard identification procedures are put forward for mine production,which USES several advanced hazard identification and analysis methods to classify and assign values to each hazard in the process of mine production,and forms a set of modern safety management system with practical application effects for mining enterprises.In this paper,the mathematical model of safety evaluation method in safety cybernetics is introduced to evaluate the safety management of mines,the management evaluation standard for the standardization of safety production in mines and the safety management rules and regulations of each post and each link are proposed,and the mine accident emergency rescue plan is prepared.Through the above research,a safety management information system for dangerous source identification and accident warning of metallurgical underground mines was designed and developed.The system realizes the identification and registration functions of major hazard sources in the current mine enterprise safety management,as well as the staff safety early warning,important equipment and site condition warning,accident trend abnormal warning and data query,etc.The safety management of metallurgical underground mines is not scientific enough and the degree of informationization is low.The system can be applied to metallurgical underground mines as well as to safety production management in other similar mines. |
