Production safety early warning system is based on production safety early warning index system and can dynamically and comprehensively reflect of enterprise’s production safety conditions and can warm accident risk beforehand.This article first introduces the safety production early warning system, standardization of production safety and other basic concepts, at the same time, expounds the related research situation of domestic and foreign and major problems existing in the process of safety warning system construction in domestic enter prises. The thought to build the production safety early warning and forecasting system is proposed based on safety production standardization management system. It greatly decreases the construction difficulties of production safety early warning system. Through its practice in the company in Shaanxi Province, sum up the principle of the production safety early warning system.
