| Oil drilling blowout accident is a very serious drilling accident.Once it happens,it will not only affect the process of oil exploration and development,but also lead to casualties,property loss and environmental pollution.Therefore,strengthening analysis about cause mechanism of the oil drilling blowout accident and study of the early warning system,which has important theoretical and practical significance in preventing oil drilling blowout accidents and reducing the loss caused by petroleum drilling blowout accident.This paper is directed by the theory and method of accident management,risk management,early warning management and petroleum drilling engineering,and based on the analysis of the cause mechanism analysis of blowout accident in oil drilling,an early warning system for blowout accident of oil drilling is constructed from the aspects of the organization structure,work flow,early warning indicators,early warning monitoring and early warning analysis of blowout accident warning in oil drilling,which can provide the method and technical support to prevent oil drilling blowout accidents and reduce the losses caused by oil drilling blowout accidents.Firstly,the causes of the blowout accidents are analyzed by using the accident causes theory and the interpretative structural model.Then the safety bucket theory is used to analyze the causes of drilling blowout accidents.Finally,the early warning system of oil drilling blowout accident is constructed by using the theory of early warning,and the blowout warning system is applied to the evaluation of the well control safety state of Bohai drilling team.Through the study of this paper,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The factors affecting the blowout accident of drilling are composed of human factors,material factors,environmental factors,management factors and technical factors.(2)Blowout accident occurs mainly because of short plates existed in influencing factors,and problems occurred in the well control safety system cannot be effectively controlled,which eventually lead to blowout accidents.(3)The warning grade of blowout accident of oil drilling is determined by evaluation results of well control condition of drilling team through the blowout accidents warning system,then taking the corresponding crisis control measures can complete the short board in the well control safety system timely and effectively,and predict occurrences of blowout accidents.(4)The early warning system of oil drilling blowout accident is applied to the well control work of Bohai drilling BH-38 drilling team,which shows that the blowout warning system given in this paper is practical. |
