Research On Construction Safety Early Warning System

With the rapid development of my country’s construction industry,due to the complex construction environment,untimely construction safety early warning,inadequate safety control measures and other subjective and objective reasons,safety accidents frequently occur,causing heavy losses to the society and economy.To prevent the occurrence of construction safety accidents,it is necessary to improve safety management and early warning capabilities,especially to build an efficient safety early warning system.From the perspective of government safety supervision,this paper studies the construction safety early-warning system.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The stages and means of government safety supervision in construction are expounded,and the hazards of construction and the safety early-warning system are analyzed feature.(2)On the basis of analyzing the construction safety accidents that occurred in the past five years,screen out the hazard sources of 40 construction safety accidents from five aspects of human,material,environment,management and other factors,and use the expert questionnaire to investigate the hazards.Sources were screened,and a building construction hazard monitoring index system consisting of 17three-level indicators was constructed.(3)The structure of building construction safety early warning system is designed into three subsystems: information input subsystem,safety assessment subsystem,and early warning output subsystem.The functions of each subsystem are clarified,and the system work flow is described.(4)The system function module design is carried out from four aspects: hazard source database,safety assessment,safety early warning,and early warning system interface.The content of establishment and maintenance of the hazard database is analyzed.The steps and procedures of safety assessment using fuzzy comprehensive assessment method are expounded.The construction safety warning level is clarified,and the interface of the safety warning system is designed.(5)Taking a construction project as an example,the early warning analysis and evaluation of the construction safety status were carried out.Through case analysis,the practicability and operability of the construction safety early warning system designed in this paper are verified.The research results of this paper can provide reference for the government’s safety supervision work in building construction.
