Research On Financial Strategy Optimization Of COMIX

With the continuous improvement of government procurement,fiscal and taxation policies and other policies and regulations,it has provided more standard policy guarantee for light industry manufacturing.The continuous growth of per capita income and expenditure has led to the rapid release of social demand for cultural products,population Growth,intelligent office demand for office stationery enterprises have provided a broad market space.Faced with the development opportunity of the office stationery market,Shenzhen Comix Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "COMIX"),as an office materials enterprise,urgently needs to develop more scientific financial strategies that are in line with the development of the enterprise.With the improvement of financial strategy theory,the market pays more attention to the comprehensive development level of enterprises,and the traditional financial index evaluation method is no longer completely applicable.Its advantage lies in the comprehensive evaluation of the financial strategic state of the enterprise from the perspective of value and capital,which can not only measure the current development situation of the enterprise,but also measure the efficiency of the use of the enterprise capital,make the enterprise's financial strategic planning pay more attention to the long-term interests.This paper takes COMIX as the case study object,first carries on the analysis to the enterprise internal and external environment,and establishes the SWOT Matrix to summarize the enterprise's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,then carries on the analysis to COMIX's financial strategy present situation,using the 2014-2018 financial data to construct the financial strategy Matrix Chart,it is found that the enterprise is located in the second quadrant of the Matrix Chart and belongs to the value-added cash surplus enterprise,but there is a single financing structure in financial strategy,the problems of high investment cost,weak investment benefit and unstable dividend distribution are followed by detailed financial strategy optimization proposals from the aspects of financing,investment and dividend distribution,it is suggested that COMIX broaden the financing channels,optimize the capital structure,clear investment direction,moderate and steady investment,scientific and reasonable dividend distribution and other measures;And in the organizational structure and business processes,internal control,Information Systems and corporate culture to ensure the implementation of financial strategy,enhance the value-creating capacity and sustainable development capacity of enterprises,promoting the realization of the financial strategic goal of COMIX.In this paper,the Financial Strategy Matrix of strategic analysis tool is applied to the actual enterprise COMIX,the existing problems in financial strategy and optimization suggestions are studied and discussed,and the reference is provided for the future development of financial strategy of COMIX,it also has reference significance for other enterprises to formulate and optimize financial strategy.
