Research On Financial Strategy Of LA Company From The Perspective Of Integration

Coal has been the pillar of traditional energy in China for a long time.In recent years,with the development and application of new energy,the demand for coal resources is also gradually decreasing,leading to overcapacity in the coal industry,and then the market price has also declined significantly.The profit space of coal enterprises has been seriously squeezed,and many enterprises mainly engaged in coal business have serious problems.The development of coal industry is sluggish and the future development trend is uncertain,which makes many coal enterprises have to adjust their development strategies and explore the future development path of enterprises from their own perspective.The integrated development strategy can reduce the systematic risk of the coal industry as a whole,which is also the strategic choice of most coal enterprises.Under the guidance of the company's overall integrated development strategy,a good financial strategic planning can lay the foundation for the company's long-term development.This paper takes LA company,a typical coal enterprise in Shanxi Province,as the research object.On the basis of combing the research at home and abroad,based on the sustainable development theory,value creation theory and financial strategy theory,this paper studies the financial strategy under the integration strategy of the company.First of all,the basic situation of the company is introduced,and the internal and external environment of the company's integration strategy is analyzed and evaluated.Secondly,through the collection of data and text materials,the paper analyzes the current situation of the company's financial performance under the integrated strategy,and makes a comprehensive evaluation.Thirdly,using the theory of financial strategy matrix and the method of system analysis,this paper positions the financial strategy of the company from four aspects: investment,financing,operation and distribution.Finally,the paper analyzes the problems in the financial strategy of La company,and puts forward relevant suggestions and safeguard measures.It is found that LA company is actively deploying the integrated development strategy and gradually increasing the financial support and technical investment to the coal chemical industry.In the past two years,the coal chemical industry has created good business performance for the company and dispersed the overall business risk of the company.At present,the companyis in the phase of value-added cash shortage,so it needs to increase capital investment to meet the subsequent development.There are still some deficiencies in the integrated development of LA company,such as narrow financing channels,single investment structure,inefficient asset turnover and unreasonable income distribution.The reasons for these problems are not only the unsound financial system and the low quality of the financial department,but also the lack of short-term behavior and strategic awareness of the management.To sum up,whether the financial strategy is reasonable or not has a direct impact on the company's long-term development.For La company,analyzing its financial strategy under the integrated strategy and putting forward reasonable suggestions can provide a new management path for the company's development,provide a reference for coal enterprises in the same transformation stage,and help their sustainable development.
