Research On Financial Strategy Of Sailhero Environment Based On Financial Strategy Matrix

Financial strategy is an integral part of corporate strategy.Through to make long-term planning for the financing,investment and distribution activities,it can strengthen the management of enterprise strategy to achieve the effective flow of funds,the rational allocation of resources and to improve the profitability of enterprise as well as sustainable development capacity.At present,the financial strategy in the enterprise is not enough in the practical application of the analysis,especially in the formulation of financial strategy.This paper chooses the financial strategy matrix model,it is a financial strategy analysis tool formatted in recent years.It evaluates enterprise’s financial condition in two angles: the ability of value added and the effective of capital using.It can judge the enterprise’s life cycle through the four quadrants of the financial strategy matrix,providing a global,long-term financial strategy more accurate for the enterprise,making up for the traditional system of relying solely on static financial indicators to evaluate.Energy-saving environmental protection industry has entered a rapid stage,this stage is the key to development.Because of the promotion of national policy and the good benefit of enterprises,many entrepreneurs and investors are aimed at energy saving and environmental protection industry,so the competition is very fierce.Hebei Sailhero Environmental Protection High-tech Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "SEP")is an environmental protection and high-tech enterprise in Hebei province.It is the first listed company in the field of environment monitoring instrument in China.It is also own all products of national program of environmental monitoring networks and pollution emission reduction system.SEP plays a leading role in the industry and has been developing very well.In order to keep thriving in the high stimulate competition market,it must plan a good enterprise strategy.Based on the research background and theoretical basis,this paper applied three analysis methods: quantitative,qualitative and case,then discusses the application of the financial strategy matrix in energy saving and environmental protection industry.Based on financial data of SEP in 2011 to 2015 to calculate and analysis,and build up the financial strategy matrix of SEP.The enterprise’s value creativity and the sustainable growth force are used toevaluate the implementation of the financial strategy in the enterprise.Coupled with the company’s financial management status and the life cycle,we had a financial strategy analysis for its future financial strategy advice.It is hoped that this paper will help the SEP and all energy conservation and environmental protection industry to build its financial strategy.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,describing the research background,significance,content,methods,innovation points,the inadequacies of the study as well as prospect for the future,and reviewing the domestic and foreign research on the financial strategy and the financial strategy matrix.The second part describes the theory of financial strategy and financial strategy matrix.The third part takes SEP as an example,first of all,introducing the establishment of SEP,the scale of asset,the main business and other basic conditions;then introducing company’s industry background;finally,using financial reports over the past five years to analysis the company’s financial management,and analysis financial strategies.The fourth part proves the feasibility of the application of the financial strategy matrix in SEP.Analyzing the assumption of sustainable growth rate and the basis of calculation of EVA.Selecting the calculation model for SEP,and then choosing the financial data to calculate,drawing the financial strategy matrix from 2011 to 2015.The fifth part based on the life cycle and the current situation of financial management to analysis the financial strategy matrix diagram.The part proposed some countermeasures to the company’s future financial strategy.Finally sum up the conclusions of the article.
