Research On Financial Strategy Selection And Its Implementation Of Xishan Coal Power Group

Coal Industry is one of the industries to reduce excess capacity in supply-side structural reform,and the choice of financial strategy suitable for industry and enterprise is an important prerequisite for its sustainable development.As an important listed coal company in China,Xishan Coal and Electricity Power plays an important role in the coal industry,but the changes of policy environment and economic environment make its financial operation problems increasingly prominent.Therefore,based on the modern financial management theory,this paper makes some exploration and analysis on the prominent problems existing in the financial management of the Xishan Coal and Electricity Power,and through the research,formulates the financial strategy which matches with the Enterprise's overall development strategy,optimize and implement financial strategy management,in order to promote the level of enterprise financial management to provide financial support for the successful realization of enterprise strategy.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:The life cycle method and the financial strategy matrix method are used to analyze the financial data of Xishan Coal and Electricity Power,the Xishan Coal and Electricity Power's life cycle phase and the quadrants of the Financial Strategy Matrix,where the Xishan Coal and Electricity Power should be at a mature stage and beginning to approach a recession,are obtained,its financial strategy is in the third quadrant of the Financial Strategy Matrix,the results of the two methods are consistent,and that the Xishan Coal and Electricity Power should adopt a defensive financial strategy,according to the basic idea and basic logic of a defensive financial strategy,in this paper,the Investment Strategy,fund raising strategy,fund management,Operation Management,budget management,accounting management and other six aspects of the corresponding strategic recommendations,it provides good decision-making suggestions for the later operation and management activities of Xishan Coal and Electricity Power.
