Abstract/Summary:
Employee turnover is a common problem faced by every enterprise.Employee turnover has two sides.On the one hand,reasonable employee turnover has a positive impact on the turnover of employees and the integration of fresh blood,which can bring new vitality to the enterprise;on the other hand,unreasonable employee turnover has a very negative impact on the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise,It will bring huge losses to the enterprise.This paper takes kfyj company as the research object,finds out and analyzes the key factors that affect kfyj employee turnover,and puts forward targeted solutions for the specific problems,providing theoretical and practical reference for other enterprises in the future research on employee turnover.This paper first reviews the related concepts and theoretical basis of employee turnover,and then introduces the company profile,organizational structure and basic situation of human resources of kfyj company.Secondly,through the method of questionnaire,the paper analyzes the key reasons that affect the staff turnover of kfyj company,mainly including four aspects: the urgent need to improve the working environment and conditions,the imperfect promotion mechanism,the lack of training and career development,and the imperfect compensation and welfare.Finally,the corresponding solutions are put forward,which mainly include the following three aspects: adjusting the organizational structure of human resources,strengthening the training and education of employees,increasing the promotion level and process of employees,building an attractive salary and welfare system,improving the level of human resource management,creating a good corporate culture atmosphere,unblocking the feedback channel and training of suggestions Employees’ sense of ownership is to create excellent corporate culture and improve working environment and conditions by improving the construction of hardware facilities and innovating working hours of the company.This paper systematically analyses and explores the causes of staff turnover in KFYJ Company,finds out the key causes of staff turnover in KFYJ Company,and puts forward effective countermeasures to reduce staff turnover rate,which has certain reference significance for other enterprises in the same industry and region.
