At present,China’s development is in a critical period of scientific and technological innovation,meanwhile the Covid-19 is epidemic all of the world,the political and economic landscape of the world is transforming quickly.Under this background,the competition among enterprises is more and more fierce,the competition in the same industry,the competition among different industry,the competition of online and offline,all companies want to seize the opportunity,become the Leader of the Industry.In the final analysis,the competition among enterprises depending on enterprises’ resources and capacities,the core competition is talents’ competition.The one who can do better than others on recruiting talent,Training talents,using talents,will occupy a more advantageous position in the competition.This highlights the importance of human resource management.incentive is the core of human resource management,the key task of human resource management is to effectively manage and mobilize the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of employees.At present,most domestic enterprises use material incentives more than non-material incentive in employee incentive,and the effectiveness and durability of incentive effect are not as good as expected.In this paper,we take Huaji company’s employees’ non-material incentive as the research object,through field research,questionnaire survey,one-to-one interview and other methods,obtain the first-hand information of the company and employees,and the present situation of employees’ non-material incentive.SPSS 26.0 software was used for data analysis,grasp the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s non-material incentive.Combined with domestic and foreign experts,scholars’ research results,theoretical literature and the actual situation of Huaji company,a set of non-material incentive optimization scheme and implementation plan are formulated for Huaji company.This paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement and optimization of environmental incentive,promotion incentive,goal incentive,honor incentive,development and growth incentive,because the get low scores in non-material incentive questionnaire,and formulate the implementation plan and safeguard measures of non-material incentive for employees.Hope that the non-material incentive optimization scheme can play a positive role in the human resource management of Huaji company,improve employee satisfaction and strength of company.And Huaji company as a starting point,promoting most of the domestic enterprises to improve the understanding of non material incentive,incorporate the material incentive and non-material incentive,effectively motivate,train and use talents,improve enterprise efficiency and staff quality,and achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and staff.
