With the development of China in economy and the general improvement of people is living standards,cosmetics have become an indispensable daily necessities in people's lives.In recent years,due to the enhancement of people's health awareness,the green natural of cosmetics and returning to the original are the hotspots in the current market.As a main emollient and hair conditioning agent,oil is widely used in cosmetics and is the basic raw material for cosmetics.Natural oils are a major cosmetic lipid raw material because of their high safety,nourishment and skin-friendly properties.Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil is a new type of woody oil rich in linoleic acid.It can be used foredible or renewable energy oil and developed rapidly in china as a new type of oilsoure,It is a new oil source that is currently developing in China.This paper was to study the related properties of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil in cosmetics,and explore its suitability as a cosmetic raw material for lipids,which opened up a new way for its application.The oxidative stability of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil was studied by Schaal accelerated oxidation method,and its oxidation resistance was compared with other three kinds of vegetable oils commonly used in cosmetics.Single factor experiment was used to study the antioxidant effects of several antioxidants of BHT,BHA,VE and citric acid on Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil.The orthogonal system was used to construct the compounding system,and the antioxidant effect of compound antioxidant on Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil was further explored.The whitening effect of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil was studied by tyrosinase inhibition experiment,and compared with arbutin and VC ethyl ether,the effect of whitening effect was discussed.The sensory test evaluation method was used to study the skin sensation characteristics of the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil,and the difference in skin sensation between the oil and the commonly used oils in cosmetics was compared,and the relationship between the skin sensation of the oil and the physicochemical properties such as surface tension and viscosity was further explored.The patch test was used to study the irritation of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil on human skin.Further explored the performance of cosmetic products such as skin cream,lipstick and BB cream made from Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil.The experimental results showed that the order of the oxidative stability of the four oils of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil,rice bran oil,palm oil and olive oil was as follows: palm oil>olive oil>Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil>rice oil,the oxidative stability of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil was relatively poor.BHT,BHA and VE showed good antioxidant effects on Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil.The antioxidant effects of four antioxidants on Idesia polycara Maxim oil are BHT>BHA>VE>citric acid.Compared with the single antioxidant,the combination of four antioxidants extended the oxidation induction period of the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil,indicating that the four antioxidants have a synergistic effect in the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil.The optimal combination of compound antioxidants is 0.01% BHT + 0.0075% BHA +0.02% VE + 0.0075% citric acid.The experimental results show that the oxidative stability of the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil can be greatly improved by rationally adding an antioxidant,making it suitable for use in cosmetics.The results of tyrosinase activity inhibition assay showed that the maximum inhibition rate of tyrosinase was 67.6%,which showed obvious inhibition,Thus,the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil has significant whitening function.?-arbutin and VC ethyl ether are commonly used whitening agents in the cosmetics market.The results of this study indicate that ?-arbutin has the best whitening effect and almost completely inhibits the activity of tyrosinase.The inhibition rate of alanase activity was comparable to that of VC ethyl ether.By comparison with linoleic acid,there was no significant difference in the inhibitory effect of linoleic acid and free linoleic acid on tyrosinase in the triglyceride-bound state.The inhibition rate of enzyme activity of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil is higher than that of pure linoleic acid and linoleic acid,which may be related to other secondary biomass such as VE.In the skin sensation test,the scores of all the indicators of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil were higher,and compared with other common vegetable oils and fats,the comprehensive score was the highest,indicating that the skin sensation of Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil is better,and the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil and other kinds.The order of plant oils and skins is:Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil>Olive oil>rice oil>palm oil>castor oil(sticky).According to the skin patch test results,the yam nut oil did not produce an irritating reaction to the skin,indicating that the application of the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil to cosmetics is mild and safe.The lipstick made from the Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil has good moisturizing ability,excellent smearability and weak gloss.It is a matt type,and the comprehensive performance of the product meets the requirements of national standards.BB cream and skin cream made from Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil,the paste is exquisite,the smear is good,light and smooth,no greasy feeling,the comprehensive performance of the products meets the national standard requirements.
