In this paper,the effects of tyrosinase activity on the whitening bioactivity of 19 natural plant extracts such as dandelion,tea,oats and pueraria were compared,and 7 plants with better performance were tested for their antioxidant properties,flavonoids and total phenolic content.Among them,tea,calendula,puerarin and licorice are the strongest whitening activities,followed by 9 kinds of ginkgo leaves,platycodon and dandelion.Six kinds of extracts such as oat and gentian are weak.Among them,five kinds of extracts such as tea and calendula have a certain correlation with the inhibition of tyrosinase and its antioxidant activity,and the antioxidant activity can be used as a basis for the screening of whitening raw materials.The content of flavonoids and phenolics in the 5 plant extracts may be the reason for the inhibition of antioxidant and enzyme activity.Among the four antioxidant methods,the ABTS~+and DPPH~+methods are more correlated with their antioxidant activity and tyrosinase activity inhibition than the superoxide radical and hydroxyl radical methods.The study determined that the best extraction conditions in the Inner Mongolian origin were:1:250,75%(v/v)ethanol as the extraction solvent.The inhibition kinetics of tyrosinase activity indicated that Calendula officinalis was reversible inhibition and the inhibition type was anti-competitive inhibition.Calendula officinalis and Ginkgo biloba,dandelion and tea are compounded,and the inhibition rate of tyrosinase is mostly higher than that of single component,but they are less than the theoretical sum of component inhibition rate.The ethyl acetate extract of different polar extracts of Calendula officinalis has the strongest inhibitory effect on tyrosinase.The thin layer chromatography developer is petroleum ether:ethyl acetate is 2:1,the separation effect is the best,and the column chromatography is used as the eluent to further purify the whitening active substance in the marigold.The extract of Calendula officinalis is added to the handmade soap and cream daily chemical products,and its physical and chemical properties and sensory evaluation are carried out according to the current standards.The results are in line with the corresponding standard requirements.The extract of Calendula officinalis can be used as efficacy.The substance is used in daily chemical products.
