With the continuous improvement of safety production management requirements of various industries,coal mine,as a high-risk industry related to people’s livelihood,has naturally been the focus of the government.Coal mine accidents from time to time have not only caused heavy losses to the national economy,but also brought huge negative impact on people’s life.To investigate the reasons,the imperfect risk warning and prevention and control system and the urgent need to improve the enterprise’s scientific and systematic performance in the specific implementation stage have caused the management problems of not timely risk pre-control and inaccurate post-treatment and control.The serious disconnection between the traditional early warning management and control mode and the rapid development of modern information technology has caused the technical problems of unscientific management system and relatively backward pre-control mode.Such factors seriously hinder the transformation of enterprise accident management and control from post-disposal to pre-warning.This paper,from the perspective of software engineering,designs and develops a center-end coal mine risk warning and prevention and control platform based on computer software-related technologies,aiming at the existing shortcomings of enterprises in risk pre-control.Based on a large amount of domestic and foreign literature review and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of similar software systems,relevant technologies such as Spring,SpringBoot and Vue are used to design and implement the coal mine risk early warning and prevention and control platform in combination with the requirements of coal mine risk pre-control enterprises.The platform mainly includes seven major functional modules,including index management,risk analysis,early warning,alarm and disposal,comprehensive information management,thematic risk display,system anomaly monitoring and disposal,and system management.Among them in a variety of index system for risk analysis in coal mines in the process of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was proposed for the first + membership function + linear weighting of subordinate degree function,combination method(risk level + the entropy weight method),membership function and the linear weighted membership function and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)+ membership function + dynamic extension matter-element early warning and risk analysis of three kinds of algorithms,comprehensive and objective of the region has multiple risk factors existed in the coal mining enterprises and effective risk analysis and give the corresponding risk rating in order to achieve the purpose of risk early warning.Then,in the process of writing papers,through the instance method to extract the core business functions of each function module based on the actual demand business scenarios using UML unified modeling language(UML) on the platform of network structure,level structure,database tables,the main function module and the module of core business function demand analysis and functional design in detail.After that,Jmeter test tool was used to conduct detailed and complete functional and non-functional tests for each major functional module.Through the detailed analysis of the test results,it is concluded that the implementation of the platform fully conforms to the functional analysis of various business scenarios in the requirements analysis phase and perfectly conforms to all the business requirements of users for the platform.In addition,in the actual deployment of the platform and more than three months trial run,in the process of coal mine risk early warning and control platform with high safety and stability of regional has all kinds of risk factors in the coal mine is effective risk analysis and early warning,in view of the scientific and reasonable index system of the platform through the existing three types of risk analysis algorithm is effective to calculate the risk level of each risk indicators shows the coal mine,the trend of the corresponding risk analysis and comprehensive analysis report.Effectively achieved the purpose of coal mine risk warning and prevention and control.In the process of trial operation,the platform effectively reduced the probability of risk accidents in the coal mining enterprises under the jurisdiction,and provided strong data support for the decision-making level,greatly promoting the standardization,humanization and digitization process of enterprise safe production.It provides a practical example for regional warning and prevention and control of coal mine risks.
