| Coal mining is not only an important energy industry,but also a high-risk industry with high accident rate.At present,the overall production safety and production and operation situation of the coal mining industry continues to be stable and good,but some major,medium and major disasters and accidents still occur from time to time.The reasons are as follows: first,the awareness of safety risk management and control of coal mining enterprises is weak;Second,there is no sound identification and troubleshooting system for coal mine safety hazards;Third,there is no perfect safety management form and safety control measures to deal with risks,and the safety risk factors in coal mines cannot be specifically mastered;Fourth,the level of coal mine safety risk early warning is still in the disaster level alarm stage after the accident,which can not effectively realize the coal mine risk prediction and avoid the occurrence of accidents.Taking the risk factors involved in coal mine safety production as the research object,this paper uses a large number of equipment status information and environmental information parameters collected by the system platforms of safety monitoring,personnel positioning,emergency broadcasting,communication,video monitoring,power control and emergency avoidance to analyze and fuse the data,and establish the coal mine safety risk early warning index system and risk analysis and control strategy,Based on the intelligent early warning and control system of coal mine safety risk,the risk early warning module and control module are built to realize safety early warning and hierarchical control,reduce or avoid risk accidents,and improve the informatization level of intelligent risk early warning and control of coal mine.In view of the problems of imperfect safety risk indicators,incomplete risk early warning,inadequate risk measures and low efficiency in handling risk problems in the process of coal mine safety risk management and control,this paper analyzes the risk factor indicators,risk assessment,accident types,accident causes and safety risk management of coal mine safety risks,and establishes a risk early warning index system based on four types of risk factors: human machine management environment,Build multivariable linear regression early warning model to realize risk intelligent early warning analysis.Taking the risk prediction of gas explosion in five working faces of coal mining,tunneling,transportation,ventilation and roadway in J coal mine in Shandong Province as an example,the early warning model is established and verified.On the basis of risk characteristics and risk control mechanism,this paper uses the risk matrix method to realize the classification and risk evaluation of risk grade.At the same time,corresponding risk management and control measures are formulated and taken for different levels of risk accidents,and the reliability of risk measures is evaluated and continuously improved to realize the closed-loop management of coal mine safety risks.The risk factors of coal mining,tunneling,transportation,ventilation and roadway working face in J coal mine in Shandong Province are studied by case study and selfevaluation analysis.Design and build the risk early warning module and hierarchical management and control module to realize the safety early warning and hierarchical management and control.The practical application in J coal mine in Shandong Province,combined with the coal mine safety risk intelligent early warning and control system,has realized the intelligent data exchange analysis of safety supervision and hidden danger screening,and reduced the safety hidden danger caused by human machine management environment risk factors. |
