In the continuous casting equipment,the expenses used for the mold equipment maintenance take up about 40%of the whole continuous casting equipment.Therefore,taking advantage of re-fabrication technique enables the continuous casting mold equipment to become long-life and stable,which is an essential approach to realizing the pattern of efficient and green development.Nowadays,many overseas companies have already started to applied the pioneering laser re-fabrication technique in the continuous casting mold equipment,while domestic companies still be stuck in the traditional electroplating and thermal spraying technique.Nowadays,B company has taken on the project about the re-fabrication of the continuous casting mold equipment from Zhanjiang,trying to make use of the advanced laser re-fabrication technique overseas.On one hand,this step can help the proprietor to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the wastes and the expenses in disposing the solid garbage.On the other hand,advanced self-made restoration technique and experience can be accumulated in the process of carrying out the project.This paper focuses on the study of the procurement of spare parts for continuous casting mould made by company B.In it,the procurement plan for general spare parts and non-standard spare parts is formulated respectively and the corresponding control measures are formulated according to the actual situation of procurement.Firstly,this paper gives a brief introduction of the relevant studies and theories.Secondly,it offers a general description of the procurement of spare parts for continuous casting mould made by company B,explaining specifications,re-manufacturing schemes,organizational structure,progress plan and characteristics of the continuous casting mould project.Thirdly,basic plan for the procurement of spare parts for continuous casting mould has been worked out and according to the requirements for spare parts in the re-manufacturing project,the purchase plan of non-standard spare parts and general spare parts has been formulated respectively.Finally,according to B company's continuous casting mould re-manufacturing project spare parts procurement plan,the key point of the analysis of spare parts procurement management is that non-standard parts invite tenders and general spare parts inquiry,establishing the supplier reward and punishment mechanism,signing a purchase contract or a long-term supply contract,and the closing of the contract and etc.In order to ensure that the procurement can be implemented according to the original plan,the corresponding quality control mechanism should be established,which is mainly embodied in the strict control of the quality of spare parts.implementing supplier performance appraisal mechanism and electronic network purchase.Combined with the characteristics of re-manufacturing project of B company's continuous casting mold,this paper researches into the plan and control of the spare parts procurement,which not only has actively explored theories of spare parts procurement for the re-manufacturing project of continuous casting mold but also,to a certain extent,has provided reference for the decision making of procurement for the re-manufacturing project in the relevant company.
