Using the basic theoretical knowledge of project management in this paper, based on the learning of the equipment procurement, risk management, project management knowledge, and comparative analysis for equipment procurement strategy, by means of analysis for environment of Baosteel’s independent integration pickling line project, has formed a integrated management of equipment procurement strategy for Baosteel’s independent integration pickling line project, combined with Baosteel its own characteristics, made a further improved mode for management model from the mode of cooperation, equipment selection and procurement, equipment installation and other aspects of the scene and finally formed a relatively complete set of self-integration project equipment procurement management, and obtained that integration projects, the risks must be controlled from the project, the team’s composition, on-site management, and other aspects, give full play to the owners strengths and role, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of other relevant units,to ensure project success this conclusion.This conclusion is, based on process of Baosteel pickling line cold-rolled sheet plant transformation of self-integration project implementation,equipment procurement strategy and management and some specific initiatives generating from the characteristics of the self-integration formation, domestic steel enterprises in the implementation of a new wheel equipped with technological innovation process, we can provid some reference. At the same time as other Baosteel cold-rolled sheet plant start their own integration projects, on the one hand we can transplant the management experience while the project management models keeping being improved and optimized to look forward to form a set of more perfect self-integration project equipment procurement management mode.
