In China today,pollution control and green production have been raised to unprecedented heights.Environmental protection is the premise of enterprise production and operation.The important thing of green environmental protection is to control environmental pollutants,including waste gas,waste water,solid waste and noise.And exhaust gas is the focus of attention and control of the whole society at present.Volatile organic compounds(VOC)are the core of emission reduction.The universality,harmfulness and urgency of VOC exhaust gas source control.Promote enterprises to implement environmental compliance facilities and equipment upgrade needs continue to increase.In order to achieve the completion of environmental protection projects,project management plays a key role.Due to the aging of the original process facilities and the inability of the original VOC waste gas treatment facilities to meet the future production and environmental emission requirements,the original process facilities and waste gas treatment facilities were upgraded.The total investment budget of the project is 10 million yuan.The project planning cycle is 12 months.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of project management schedule and control,and expounds the content of project management and the preparation and control of schedule.Secondly,we use WBS technology,responsibility allocation matrix,Gantt chart and other project management tools to make progress plan and control research for the whole VOC reconstruction project of L company.In the whole project plan formulation,the project plan is formulated and optimized by using the theory of project schedule management,combining with the production process characteristics of VOC emission enterprises,combining with project objectives,progress plans,objective conditions,etc.Implementing project progress control,using PDCA theory of project dynamic cycle,checking the actual implementation of progress plan,analyzing progress deviation,analyzing possible causes of deviation,and formulating corrective measures to ensure the smooth realization of project objectives.According to the situation and characteristics of environmental protection project transformation in VOC emission enterprises,this paper studies and draws a set of applicable VOC waste gas reconstruction project schedule and implementation control scheme,which can provide reference for the implementation of similar reconstruction projects in the future.
