With the improvement of people’s living standard,people’s demands of clothes are higher and higher.The life style of fast fashion and the trend of fashion also make the knitting industry innovated.The traditional knitting clothing is always wearing inside,and the style is single,design and color are old-fashioned.With the development of the times,the progress of science and technology,computerized flat knitting machine used widely,knitting clothing has a three-dimensional texture gradually become fashionable elements,add more fun and color to people’s lives.The development of science and technology,the birth of computerized flat knitting machine promot the development of the knitting industry,the design of knitted garment technology tends to be diversified and fashionable,and production tends to electrification and automation.The knitting industry is facing new opportunity.At the same time,it also meets great challenge.That’s because the professional requirements of software programming and process design make the design idea that many knitwear designer who only know how to design but don’t understand the process cannot achieve.The combination of technology and design is not perfect,technical personnel understand process but lacking in design,while the designer of fashion knitted garments understand the knitting organization and process is not enough.That will hinder the development of knitted apparel.Therefore,how to use different materials,different style and distinctive design as the means to express the connotation of three-dimensional texture,add the fashion elements,design knitted apparel has become one of the topics of today’s knitted garment enterprises and designers must pay attention to and study.Based on this,the main work of this project is as follows:First of all,this paper makes an understanding of the current knitted garments development situation at the beginning.And it makes an analysis on knitted garments for three-dimensional texture classification,effect and design methods.Secondly,analysis the principle of the stereoscopic texture of the Germany STOLL computerized flat knitting machine and the programming of M1 PLUS software design system.Based on computerized flat knitting machine,there is summed up the forming techniques of three-dimensional texture knitted garment.There are four main methods,that is positive and negative needle,loop transfer,tuck and transform density.Many examples are made to make a detailed anatomy of each process design method.Thirdly,the traditional three-dimensional texture process design method is extended and changed to form a stereoscopic texture with a certain new effect.According to the different traditional methods adopted in the change,the new technology of the three-dimensional texture effect mainly includes loop transfer and floats method,tuck and loop hanging method,tuck and float method,tuck and coil slippage method,jacquard design and local weave method.Then draw the structure pattern or fabric weave diagram to explain the process design of computer programming,focusing on the M1 PLUS software programming process design are discussed,to study how these process design is realized by computer in knitting machine.Analysis the new model of three-dimensional texture forming method and the traditional methods,comparing the number of needle bed,needle movement,work process design of different fabrics,stereo and the overall quality.Finally,design two style garments by use the new three-dimensional texture design method.Then base on STOLL computerized flat knitting machine and M1 PLUS software programming,make two garment practice creation,from design concept,organization structure,design specifications to sample weaving,then calculate the horizontal density,vertical density and weaving each piece;the final garment weaving,sewing,afterfinish and so on.Step by step through the operation of the detailed to explain how to make the design and process perfect combination,so that provide new ideas for the design of three-dimensional texture knitted clothing in modern social.Through the practice of garment making,this paper proves the feasibility of the new three-dimensional texture process design,and promotes the diversified production of knitted products.In addition,this article finally makes the corresponding thinking and Enlightenment on how to develop the knitted garment better and also helps the development of knitted apparel. |
