Llama fiber has excellent performance and is called "fiber queen",which is mostly used to produce high-end fabrics.At present,the research on llama fibers mostly focuses on the development of knitting fabrics,and there are no research reports on the development of llama knitted fabrics.Compared with llama woven fabrics,llama knitted fabrics have better elasticity,stretchability,comfort performance and softness,and fit the human body.However,the output of llama fiber is limited.The llama knitted fabric woven on a computerized flat knitting machine can be formed at one time,saving the use of llama fiber,and is simple in operation,high in weaving efficiency,and low in production cost.This paper firstly analyze the performance of llama fiber and its yarn.Secondly,use computerized flat knitting machine technology to develop llama knit fabric,analyze and compare the wearing comfort performance of llama computerized flat knitting fabric.Finally,carry out antistatic finishing and process optimization on the llama knitted fabric,and select the best antistatic agent and antistatic finishing process.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The number of crimps of llama fiber is less,but the recovery rate and elasticity rate are higher.The llama fiber has no grooves in the longitudinal direction,the scales are thin and the angles are small;the moisture regain of the llama fiber is slightly lower,about 13%,the average breaking strength of the llama fiber is higher,and the elasticity is excellent.Because the surface scales of the llama fiber adhere to the main body of the fiber,the fiber surface is relatively smooth,so the friction coefficient of the llama fiber is smaller.(2)Because the decomposition temperature of llama fiber is higher than that of alpaca,the heat resistance of llama fiber is better than that of alpaca.At a temperature of 150 ℃,the breaking strength and elongation of llama are significantly affected,so the temperature of processing the llama fiber should not be higher than 150 ℃.(3)Using spindle spinning to design and develop llama yarns of different specifications,and analyze its various properties,the conclusion is drawn 18Nm/2 U20 llama yarn has the highest breaking strength,and llama/wool blended yarn has the lowest breaking strength.This is because the breaking strength and dispersion coefficient of U20 llama fiber are large,therefore its yarn has high strength.While the breaking strength of wool fiber is less than llama fiber,so the breaking strength of llama/wool blended yarn is not as good as llama pure spinning yarn.The number of hairiness on the surface of the llama/wool blended yarn is the largest.This is because wool fibers are longer than llama fibers and are easily squeezed toward the yarn core,while llama forms hairiness on the surface of the yarn.The 18Nm/2 U20 llama yarn has the least hairiness.This is because the 18Nm/2 U20 llama yarn contains the thinnest fibers,the friction and cohesion between the fibers in the yarn are the largest,so the yarn evenness is the most uniform;while the llama/wool blended yarn The unevenness of the yarn is the highest,which is caused by the unevenness of the yarn due to the difference in the properties of llama and wool.(4)The llama knitted fabric has good dimensional stability after washing,which is better than that of the llama/wool blended fabric,and the llama knitted fabric has bursting strength,pilling resistance,drape and softness.The wrinkle resistance is better than that of llama/wool blended fabric.This is due to the low strength of llama/wool blended yarn,more hairiness and poor evenness,which will reduce the comfort performance of knitted fabrics.Compared with the llama/wool blended knitted fabric,the llama pure-spun knitted fabric has better comfort performance,but its moisture permeability is slightly worse.(5)Through the comprehensive evaluation of the wearing comfort performance of the llama knitted fabric,it can be obtained: 16Nm/2 U23 llama yarn is suitable for weaving 2+2 double reverse weave;18Nm/2 U20 llama yarn is suitable for weaving rib weave;18Nm/2 U23 llama yarn is suitable for weaving rib weave;llama/wool blended yarn is suitable for weaving 2+2double reverse weave.Compared with wool knitted fabrics,alpaca wool knitted fabrics and cashmere knitted fabrics,llama wool knitted fabrics have excellent softness,anti-pilling properties,anti-wrinkle properties and warmth retention properties.(6)For antistatic agent ULTRAPHIL: the best use concentration is 40g/L,the best baking temperature is 100℃,and the best baking time is 3min;for cationic antistatic agent DK-301: the best use concentration is 40g/L,the best baking temperature is 100℃,the baking time is 4min;for anionic antistatic agent DK-301: the best use concentration is 50g/L,the best baking temperature is 100℃,the best baking time is 4min.Under the best finishing process,the order of antistatic performance is: non-ionic antistatic agent ULTRAPHIL> anionic antistatic agent DK-301>cationic antistatic agent DK.The reason is that the non-ionic antistatic agent is directly attached to the surface of the fabric to exert moisture absorption and antistatic effects,therefore its antistatic effect is higher.However,after washing the non-ionic antistatic agent,the antistatic performance drops most obviously.(7)The drape performance and comfort performance of the fabric after antistatic finishing can be obtained after comprehensive evaluation,16Nm/2 U23 llama yarn knitted fabric is suitable for finishing with cationic antistatic agents,and 18Nm/2 U20 llama yarn knitted fabrics,18Nm/2U23 llama yarn knitted fabric and llama/wool Blended knitted fabrics are suitable for finishing with anionic antistatic agents.This paper regards the llama computerized flat knitting fabric as a new direction for the development of llama products,promotes the development of llama products and its knitted fabrics,and provides a theoretical basis for the future processing and use of llama fabrics.In addition,the development of llama/wool fiber blended knitted fabrics can expand the use range of llama fibers and wool fibers,increase the output of wool fibers,and reduce the production cost of llama knitted fabrics.
