Company new plant layout design,with tools such as value stream mapping,detailedly researched and analysed various problems in company's production system in the original plant layout,such as excessive transport waste,unreasonable logistics route,long production lead time.Identify new plant design requirements by the analysis,through process optimization,production line balance design,SMED implementation and other means,complete the new plant's overall and detailed design.The main contents include:(1)Investigation and analysis of current situation.Using value stream mapping and flow diagram program analysis tools,detailedly investigated on the reality of a company's production,planning,procurement,logistics and other aspects,analysed various aspects of the problems of the company.(2)Determine design requirements.According to the problems of the company,tried to propose solution ideas in line with the actual situation.Taking the new plant layout as an opportunity to address problems hidden in the original plant layout,drew the future value stream mapping as future development programmatic document of the company.(3)Overall design of plant layout.Taking the product line,real logistics route,avoid principle as the design basis,explored the overall layout design for the company's new plant.(4)Detailed design of workshop and production line.Through process optimization,restructuring and merger process re-design,designing U-shaped production lines,etc.,detailedly designed the layout of both workshops and production lines,involving the optimization of specific issues during manufacturing,such as SMED for injection molding workshop,storage shelves optimized design,and ultimately formed a new integrated plant layout design more in line with the concept of lean production.(5)Summary text,and pointed out the direction for further research.
