With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry and logistics industry in recent years,logistics has been paid more and more attention by manufacturing enterprises,and the layout of production facilities is an important part of factory logistics.Reasonable layout of facilities can help improve the production efficiency of enterprises,reduce the waste in the logistics of enterprises in the factory,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and achieve the optimal economic benefits of enterprises.However,at present,the traditional domestic production enterprises pay less attention to the layout of plant facilities,and the traditional extensive management and old layout have been difficult to adapt to the requirements of the current era of production operations and enterprise development.In this paper,the scientific layout optimization theory is of great practical significance to improve the layout of factory buildings.This paper studies the plant layout of J Textile Company.First of all,the relevant background and production and operation of J Textile Company are briefly introduced,and the production process and logistics status of the company are analyzed.With the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the layout of J textile factory,and finds the space for improvement and optimization of the production layout of J Company.Based on SLP method,considering logistics and non-logistics factors,and based on qualitative and quantitative comprehensive relationship analysis,the distribution and layout of each operation unit in the corresponding floors are determined,and the initial layout scheme of the two groups is obtained.Then,the mathematical model of the optimal comprehensive logistics cost of J textile company is established,and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model,and the optimized layout scheme of J textile company is obtained.Finally,the layout of J textile factory is further evaluated and optimized by moving line analysis method.The research conclusion of this paper conforms to the actual situation of the enterprise,which improves the production efficiency of J Textile Company and reduces the logistics cost of the enterprise.In this paper,starting from the actual layout of J company's plant,the multi-stage layout optimization method is studied,and combined with SLP method and genetic algorithm,the optimization model is established and solved,and the moving line analysis is used to evaluate the final results.The research content of this paper has certain enlightenment to the plant layout planning and management of J Textile Company,provides reference for the production and logistics management of related enterprises,and also enrichis the research on the layout optimization of multi-storey plant of similar enterprises.
