The infrastructure construction of urban wastewater treatment was an important part of the infrastructure facilities construction , and high level infrastructure construction of wastewater treatment was depended on scientific planning.Taking the sewage treatment plant layout planning of X for instance,the urban wastewater plant layout planning was studied , several conclusions were summarized as follows:(1)Factors of the sewage treatment plant layout planning mainly include the basic information on selection, with other relevant planning relationship, and concentrated layout and Scattered layout etc;(2)Study on Municipal sewage treatment plant on the centralized and Scattered construction,which determine the scope and scale sewage plants,and the scattered layout is more conducively to wastewater reuse;(3)Based on cost functions of constructing sewage treatment plant and sewage-collecting and conveying pipelines, a critical distance model has been developed in this paper. The model provides a simple way of deciding economic criterion between centralized and uncentralized sewage treatment and estimating numbers of sewage treatment plants;(4)The selection of different modes of wastewater treatment was studied.The best scheme in X was educed by the analysis of there environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits. And the optimizing method is feasible by applied to X.(5)Assessment indexes,such as total investment,wastewater volume,population density and Critical distance,were considered with osculating method. According to the appraisal result,the limited fund should be firs invested to the sewage treatment plant construction in I district.
