Design On New Plant Layout Of A Company

A company is in the stage of upgrading and enlarging scale,it need to build new factory to face the future development situation and challenges of manufacturing industry.The paper adopts the method of lean,modularization and automation to design the layout of the new plant layout of aluminum pot products with strong individualization and complex process.The main research work is as follows:(1)Analysis of plant layout requirements.Based on the construction of customer demand difference and product mapping framework,this paper analyzes the characteristic differences and classifications of A company aluminum pot product family.To analyze the forecast capacity of aluminum pot products according to the calendar year orders.Laid the foundation for the process module design based on the product process and equipment analysis.(2)Process modular design.The process characteristics of aluminum pot forming section,surface treatment section and packaging section are described.According to many kinds of aluminum products,Complex process and device size disparity characteristics,the aluminum pot process modular design based on the analysis of process characteristics,reduce the complexity of the layout.(3)Overall layout planning and design.In accordance with the principle of technology,based on the constraints of hard oxygen equipment and based on the similarity of the process module obtained three solutions to the problem of aluminum pan plant distribution design,analysis and description.Through the comparison of the plans,it is determined that the based on the similarity of the process module is more suitable for this plant distribution design.(4)Detailed layout planning and design.Take plant of 1#as the research object to carry on the detailed layout in the plant,defined the layout of the modules in the parts of the forming section,the surface treatment,the packaging section and the inside and the other,that is to achieve a stream or intermittent flow line,determined the job unit to be arranged and design the layout of the plant area.Achieved the finished product warehouse design.
