Biotechnology is a new and comprehensive subject,which needs to be developed and expanded.Biomechanical engineering combines the theories and methods of modern biology,engineering,information science and other technologies to develop new materials and new instruments and equipment,which is an important part of the field of biological engineering.In the field of biological engineering,the research,development and manufacturing of biological experimental devices,medical devices and bionic robots are related to the knowledge of mechanical engineering.Biological experimental devices are becoming an indispensable part of biology education.Biology is an experimental science.Biological experiments can cultivate students' ability to think and operate themselves.Compared with classroom experiments,back experiments and experimental teaching can achieve twice the result with half the effort.Therefore,appropriate biological experimental devices can greatly improve the quality of biology teaching.In this thesis,through investigating the needs of biological experiments and starting from the existing products,the extension method is used to carry out the formal modeling and expansion research on the biological teaching experiment device,and the corresponding basic element model of biological teaching device is established.Through expansion,transformation and optimization,new product ideas are generated,and then prototype products with more competitive advantages are designed.The main research work of this thesis is as follows :1.Investigate the existing biological teaching experiment devices at home and abroad in the market,analyze their shortcomings,and investigate the needs of laboratory teaching to obtain the main needs of biological laboratory teaching and the main contradictions of the existing laboratory.2.According to the requirements of biological teaching experiment and the principal contradiction of laboratory,an extension model of the contradiction of biological teaching experiment device is established.Taking the existing high-frequency biological experimental equipment as the research object,the extension model is used to establish the initial element model of the multi-functional experimental device components according to the characteristics and parameters related to functional diversity and miniaturization.3.According to the requirements of functional diversity and lightweight design of biological teaching experimental device,expand and analyze the established extension model of component modules,including divergence analysis,correlation analysis and the establishment of its correlation network,so as to expand and obtain more optimization directions.4.According to the results of the expansion analysis,the basic element model of the high-frequency biological experimental instruments was extended to obtain a variety of initial ideas of each instrument.Then,based on the evaluation indexes such as functional diversity and lightweight design,the comprehensive optimization evaluation of the new ideas of the component modules was carried out to obtain the optimal creative set of the component modules.5.Combine and further optimize the better creative set of each component of the multi-functional composite biological teaching experimental device,and generate the optimized product of the multi-functional composite biological teaching experimental device.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the multi-functional composite biological teaching experimental device are verified by biological teaching experiment.The main innovations of this thesis are as follows :1.This thesis proposes the extension design and optimization of the teaching biology experimental device related to the neighborhood of biology teaching.The innovation lies in a set of extension innovation method system established by combining extenics for solving contradiction problems,including the method tools such as element modeling,expansion,transformation and optimization evaluation.Extension design and optimization of biological teaching experiment device products were carried out.2.The application of extension design method is proposed to the biological teaching experimental device for formal research,combined with biological experiment requirements,from a biological principal contradiction and the existing biological experiment teaching experiment equipment,products,in-depth analysis,set up a corresponding biological teaching device extension model,through the development,transformation and optimization,generate new product ideas.It provides reference for other professionals who study the innovative design of biological teaching experimental equipment,and assists in the research and development of more competitive products.3.Based on the characteristics of formalization,process and systematization of extension innovation methods,a general method for extension design and optimization of multifunctional composite biological experimental device is formed,which provides a new design ideas.It also has reference value in the study of other types of biological experimental device products,and enriches the theory and method system of extension design to a certain extent.
