| Triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)is based on triboelectric electrification and electrostatic induction,mainly by harvesting energy from the working environment,and the harvested energy can power devices to form self-powered sensing networks.In addition,adding magnets and coils to the triboelectric nanogenerator can form an electromagnetic generator(EMG),so as to realize the combination of TENG and EMG,achieved the goal of harvesting both friction energy and electromagnetic energy.Wave energy is regarded as an important renewable clean energy,which is particularly important today when fossil energy is increasingly exhausted.If wave energy can be commercialized on a large scale,it will bring great changes to the global energy structure and economic and social development.Based on the advantages of high power density and wide distribution of wave energy,in order to make full use of the advantages of various components to harvest different forms of wave energy,so as to achieve the purpose of effectively harvesting energy,a hybrid nano-generator based on magnetic pendulum structure was designed respectively.A hybrid nano-generator with pendular-translational motion conversion is used to harvest shore-based wave energy.This paper mainly includes two works,involving two kinds of energy harvesters with different structures.The main research contents are as follows:1.Hybrid wave energy harvester based on magnetic pendulum structure: using micron PTFE film,a spherical hybrid nano generator based on single pendulum structure is designed to harvest sea surface wave energy.(1)By setting the bottom friction electrode as Taiji type,the friction material of single pendulum structure selects polyester brazing dimension(PET)and PTFE as the friction pair material,so as to realize the aim of harvest all-round wave energy.The use of PTFE avoids the direct contact friction between pet and electrode,and greatly prolongs the durability of the device.(2)By adding power management circuit,wireless transmitting circuit and inclination switch to the device,the wave height can be warned in real time while the wave energy is harvested,so as to realize the self-driving monitoring of wave height.(3)At the motion frequency of 1.75 Hz,the open circuit voltage of Teng is 142 V and the short-circuit current is 23.3 ;The EMG has an open circuit voltage of 0.66 V and a short circuit current of 2.14 m A.The hybrid nano generator driven by sea waves has high output frequency characteristics and can achieve nearly stable electric energy output.It can be skillfully combined with magnets to harvest friction energy and electromagnetic energy at the same time.2.Pendular-translational motion conversion hybrid nano generator: using micron level FEP,a hybrid nano generator based on slide rail structure is designed to harvest shore based wave energy.(1)By setting the TENG in contact separation mode to multi-layer,using the slide rail structure with better motion effect and using the spring base,the hybrid nano generator can better induce water wave energy.(2)By adding power management circuit,wireless transmitting circuit and temperature switch to the device,it can not only realize the aim of harvest wave energy,but also carry out realtime early warning of water temperature or air temperature,so as to realize the selfdriven monitoring of temperature.(3)At the motion frequency of 1.75 Hz,the open circuit voltage of Teng is 920 V and the short-circuit current is 15.8 ;The EMG has an open circuit voltage of 6.2 V and a short circuit current of 14 m A.The hybrid nano generator driven by shore based waves can also harvest friction energy and electromagnetic energy at the same time due to its ingenious combination with magnets. |
