Since the invention of airplanes in the early 20th century,the bird strike problem has been seriously affecting the flight safety of airplanes.With the gradual increase in speed,low altitude,low noise and large-scale aircraft manufacturing,the probability of bird strikes is increasing,and the consequences of bird strikes are becoming more serious.In the process of aircraft design and manufacturing,the anti-bird impact performance of aircraft structure is very important,and the leading edge of the wing,as an important part of the aircraft,is related to the safety of aircraft flight.my country is moving from a major aviation country to a powerful aviation country,and the aviation manufacturing industry will flourish.The airworthiness verification test of the anti-bird impact design of aircraft structure is very demanding.It is particularly important to carry out research on the damage mechanism of the leading edge structure of the bird impact wing and use numerical simulation methods for simulation analysis.This paper is researched in this context.This paper introduces the basic theory of Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics Method(SPH)from the integration and interpolation theory,smooth kernel function,search method of adjacent particles,SPH time integration solution,smooth particle method and finite element method coupling calculation in detail.In this paper,the bird strike problem is simplified as a cylindrical homogeneous soft body striking a rigid target model and analyzed,and the load characteristics and calculation process are discussed.At the same time,a cylindrical bird model in the middle of the two hemispheres,a real bird model,and a model of the wing leading edge structure were established.Appropriate material models and parameters are selected for the structure of the bird body and the leading edge of the wing.In this paper,a simulation study of bird impact on rigid targets and the leading edge of the wing is carried out.The impact of bird impact speed,impact attitude angle,bird impact direction and other environmental factors are considered,and the damage of the leading edge of the wing by bird impact is carried out.analysis.This paper analyzes the anti-bird impact ability of the wing leading edge structure with single support plate and double support plate,and obtains a lot of data.Based on the simulation results,some suggestions for the design of the wing leading edge structure with support plate are put forward.
