As an important part of debris flow control,prevention and control engineering can be divided into geotechnical engineering and ecological engineering.At present,the prevention and control of debris flow is mainly based on geotechnical engineering,supplemented by ecological engineering,ignoring the important role of ecological engineering in the treatment of debris flow,which leads to the treatment effect of engineering is deeply affected by the life of engineering,affecting the continuous exertion of benefits,and the discussion on the comprehensive effect of them is rare.Therefore,this study mainly focuses on the treatment effect of the geotechnical engineering,ecological engineering and the comprehensive effect of them.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Establishment of evaluation index system for the treatment effect of the geotechnical engineering.According to the idea of "stabilization,retaining,drainage and deposition",the geotechnical engineering is divided into four categories: the engineering of solid slope,check dam,drainage project and deposition project.According to the role of each project in the control of debris flow,that is,the impact on the formation conditions of debris flow,and considering the operation of the project itself,the treatment effect is analyzed,and the corresponding evaluation indexes are extracted.The indexes of evaluation can be divided into three levels,and the indexes at all levels are refined in turn.Among them,the first level evaluation index includes 4factors,such as the engineering of solid slope,check dam,drainage project and deposition project.The second level evaluation index includes 13 factors,such as debris flow material source factor,landform factor and debris flow characteristic parameters.The third level evaluation index includes 30 factors,such as the ratio of gradient,the ratio of sediment retention and the reduction rate of the bulk density.(2)Establishment of evaluation index system for the treatment effect of the ecological engineering.According to the species of biology in ecological control project,it can be divided into forestry control measures,agricultural control measures and animal husbandry control measures.According to the influence of various measures on the formation conditions of debris flow,and considering the changes of vegetation before and after the treatment,the treatment effect is analyzed,and the corresponding evaluation indexes are extracted.The indexes of evaluation can be divided into three levels,and the indexes at all levels are refined in turn.Among them,the first level evaluation index includes forestry measure factor,agricultural measure factor and animal husbandry measure factor;the second level evaluation index includes debris flow material source factor,debris flow water source factor and so on;the third level evaluation index includes interception effect ratio,interception rate of deciduous layer and water conservation benefit and so on.(3)Establishment of evaluation index system of the comprehensive control effect of geotechnical and ecological engineering for debris flow control.According to the influence of the prevention and control project on the formation conditions of debris flow,and considering the damage of the project,the control effect evaluation indexes are extracted,including the gully bed longitudinal slope ratio,soil bulk density ratio,retaining mud sand ratio,engineering damage degree and so on.Under the combined effect of these 11 factors,the peak flow of debris flow can be reduced effect.The reduction rate of peak flow of debris flow is put forward as an important index of comprehensive control effect,and the comprehensive control effect of geotechnical ecological engineering for debris flow control is analyzed.(4)The comprehensive treatment effect of geotechnical and ecological control project was evaluatedThe Fuzzy-AHP method is used to establish the evaluation model of control effect,and the evaluation results are classified.The control effect of 18 debris flow control projects in the study area is evaluated.It is considered that the treatment effect of other gullies is above medium except for two gullies,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual investigation.Using MATLAB software to build BP neural network evaluation model,the number of neurons in input layer is11,the number of neurons in output layer is 1,and the number of neurons in hidden layer is 11.Taking 15 gullies as training samples and 3 debris flow gullies as test samples,the established model is used to predict and test the treatment effect of the samples.It is found that the difference between the predicted value and the actual calculated value of Jiaomu and Mozi gully is small.Therefore,it is feasible to use BP artificial neural network model to correct the unreasonable data in the comprehensive treatment effect of debris flow prevention and control engineering,and has a certain predictive effect.
