From Since the industrial revolution, modern engineering has created more and more artificial objects, which are embedded between man and nature, and artificial objects have increasingly affected the direction of the relationship between man and nature. However, for the research on the relationship between man and nature, the academic circles often only start from the relationship between "man-technology-nature" and discuss the negative effects and double-edged nature of science and technology.Few people go deep into engineering. The specific level of man-made objects,to in-depth analysis of the natural effects brought about by engineering activities.Along with the trend of contemporary technological philosophy experience, especially the Dutch school,it is required to open the technological black box and go deep into the technology to discuss its structure and function propositions. It is in line with the contemporary engineering philosophy emphasizes from the structure, function, and function of artifacts. The three dimensions of morphology to carry out research coincide with each other. Therefore, this article critically draws on the dual attribute theory of the function and structure of the technical artifacts of the Dutch school, based on the relevant research results of Yin Rui yu,Li Bo cong and others on the entire life cycle of the project, and conducts an in-depth discussion on the natural ecological issues of the artifacts from the perspective of engineering philosophy..After research, this article believes that the research on the natural ecological problems of engineering artifacts should not be limited to the effects produced during the operation phase of the artifacts, but must be extended to all links and phases of the entire life cycle of the project, that is,from decision-making,design,implementation,Six links including evaluation, operation, and decommissioning are carried out in a comprehensive manner.Among them, the evaluation link penetrates the five links of decision-making,design,implementation,operation,and decommissioning as a feedback and control mechanism. The ecological considerations in the decision-making stage become the filters and generators of the artifacts' functions. The ecological considerations in the design stage ensure that the artifacts have a structure and form that prevent foreseeable negative functions. The ecological considerations in the implementation stage ensure ecological safety and civilized production, and ecology in the operation stage.Considering to prevent the occurrence of foreseeable and unforeseen negative natural ecological functions, ecological considerations in the decommissioning stage ensure that the artificial objects are harmless and return to nature after they are removed,or harmlessly enter the next artificial object cycle. This article believes that only by studying the natural ecological effects of man-mades from the whole life cycle of the project can we theoretically grasp the internal mechanism of green project construction in an all-round way and provide more specific theoretical support for the construction of ecological civilization.
