An Empirical Study On The Competitiveness Of Pear Industrial Clusters In Dangshan County Based On GEM Model

In the context of the rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government issued a series of documents,based on the characteristic pear industry in Dangshan County,and optimized the layout and structure of the pear industry in Dangshan County.The characteristic pear industry is developing in the direction of agricultural modernization and industrialization.With its unique advantages of scale,innovation and branding,the pear industry cluster has become a source of power to promote the revitalization of Dangshan County's rural areas.However,since the development of the pear industry in Dangshan County,there is no accurate competitiveness level evaluation system,and there are few studies on the factors affecting the competitiveness of the pear industry cluster.Therefore,this article tries to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system to measure the pear industry.The level of competitiveness and the exploration of the main factors that affect the competitiveness of the pear industry are of great significance to the sound development of the pear industry cluster.It is also expected to provide practical reference for the development of agricultural industry clusters in the surrounding areas.This paper combines field survey data and actual interviews with farmers,based on GEM and other related theories,combined with AHP and GEM methods to construct an evaluation index system for the competitiveness of the Dangshan Pear industrial cluster,which mainly selects 29 from three aspects: foundation,enterprise,and market.Indicators,a systematic analysis of the competitiveness level and influencing factors of the Dangshan Pear Industrial Cluster,and the conclusions are as follows:(1)The Dangshan County Pear Industrial Cluster's competitiveness score is 351.120 points.On the whole,the competitiveness of the Dangshan pear industry cluster is slightly higher than the average level of the domestic industry and has certain competitiveness.(2)The empirical analysis results show that the weight of market factors accounts for the highest proportion of the three factors,followed by basic factors and corporate factors.It shows that for the Dangshan Pear industrial cluster,market factors have a greater impact on the level of cluster competitiveness,and enterprise factors have the least impact on the level of cluster competitiveness.(3)The exchange and cooperation of enterprises in the cluster,the degree of professionalization of suppliers,the number and strength of raw material suppliers,and the service level of industry associations are relatively weak,and there is still much room for improvement.Based on the conclusions,the recommendations are as follows:(1)Among the basic elements,it is necessary to increase government policy support,establish standardized investment and financing channels and financial markets,establish a proper talent introduction mechanism,optimize the industrial structure,and protect the ecological environment.,Implement circular economy.(2)Among the various elements of the enterprise,the enterprises in the cluster must increase the cultivation of agricultural brands,put technology,research and development,quality,and brand first,improve the quality of enterprise management,and accelerate the construction of modern enterprises.(3)In each element of the market,pay attention to constructing and improving the quality traceability system,and perfect the pear standardization system.In a cluster economy,the level of cluster competitiveness is affected by multiple factors.Therefore,we must focus on comprehensive development,give full play to our advantages,make up for shortcomings,and accelerate integration into the Yangtze River Delta,which is of great significance to promoting regional development.
