Research On The Problem Of Information Service Of Surveying And Mapping Archives In BISM

With the rapid development of network technology,the efficiency of information transmission has been significantly improved,and the demand of information users has gradually increased.The service of surveying and mapping geographic archives has encountered new challenges in the development,and also ushered in good development opportunities.This work plays an important role in making scientific construction planning,understanding the changes of geographical landscape,researching and analyzing human activities,designing and implementing key projects.The past archives service mode is difficult to meet the current development needs,so the surveying and mapping archives must change the development concept to ensure that the archives information service can be unified with the business development under the background of the information age.Taking Beijing Institute of Surveying and Mapping(BISM)as an example,this paper collects papers related to archival information service and surveying and mapping geographic information service at home and abroad,and abstracts and summarizes relevant viewpoints.Firstly,this paper introduces the status quo of archival information service of BISM surveying and mapping geographic information service,and then expounds the necessity of guiding archival information service with new public service theory under the background of big surveying and mapping.Next,based on the analysis of the surveying and mapping geographic information service of BISM in recent years,through the questionnaire survey of service objects,this paper introduces the following deficiencies of current archival information service: backward collection facilities,low level of information construction,unprofessional staff,single service mode and lack of feedback mechanism.And further through the interview of staff,combined with the results of the questionnaire to analyze the reasons,there are mainly the following points: archives professional human resources allocation is unreasonable;Insufficient attention,less capital investment;The management system is not fine enough and the management mode is backward.Finally,from the perspective of service objects,combined with the actual needs of users and the difficulties to be solved,the information service mode and optimization strategy suitable for BISM are proposed from the aspects of data archive infrastructure construction,surveying and mapping geographic information business archive construction,archive talent team construction and network platform construction.This article through to BISM surveying and mapping geographic information service status,problems and countermeasures of archives information service,the study found in development and under the big background of surveying and mapping surveying and mapping industry transformation,BISM archives information service should be more targeted,the service concept,service mode,service contents must adjust according to the requirements of the service object,further enhance BISM archives information service efficiency.
