As a pillar and basic industry of China's national economy,manufacturing industry provides an important driving force for China's national economic development,and it is also an important source of environmental pollution.To more efficiently achieve the goals of environmental governance,energy conservation and emission reduction,and to promote the coordinated development of the environment and economy,more and more enterprises have begun to choose the development pattern of coordinated emission reduction and cooperative research and development.However,due to differences in cognition,different cost and benefit preferences,and uncertain partners,enterprises often find it difficult to determine precise strategic planning and specific action plans,resulting in the failure of effective environmental governance goals.Therefore,what is the internal mechanism for manufacturing enterprises to form cooperative alliances? How to choose the best coordinated emission reduction cooperation plan? These issues are worthy of indepth investigation.To solve the above-mentioned problems,this research intends to investigate and study the problem of coordinated emission reduction among manufacturing enterprises from three parts..The first part is to construct an evolutionary game model for collaborative emission reduction of heterogeneous manufacturing enterprises.The “heterogeneity” of manufacturing enterprises is added as an important influencing factor to the game model to construct an evolutionary dynamic game model of coordinated emission reduction.And on this basis,this research analyzes the evolutionary game behavior path and stable strategy state of heterogeneous manufacturing companies in the context of “unconstrained”and “regulatory mechanism”.In addition,the feasible mechanism for heterogeneous manufacturing enterprises to form and consolidate the collaborative governance model has been explored.The second part is to construct an empirical model of manufacturing enterprises' collaborative emission reduction and their environmental performance.Based on the panel data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises from 2010 to 2018,this research analyzes the relationship between the cooperative emission reduction behavior of enterprises and their environmental performance while considering the moderating role of environmental regulation intensity and the mediating role of corporate economic performance.Furthermore,he effectiveness of the cooperative emission reduction behavior of manufacturing enterprises in improving environmental performance has been proven.The third part is to build a DEA model that can choose the best cooperation plan.For the first time,this research proposes the research ideas for selecting the best collaborative emission reduction cooperation plan from the perspectives of maximizing output(the largest amount of governance cost savings)and maximizing emission reduction(the largest amount of emission reduction).Subsequently,the non-metallic mineral products industry(C30)in the manufacturing industry is taken as an typical example to conduct an empirical analysis.The game model of cooperative pollution reduction among manufacturing enterprises and the DEA model of optimal cooperation pollution reduction constructed in this research have certain innovations.The empirical results can provide references for government management departments,industry associations,and manufacturing companies to control pollution practices.
