With the development of the network and information technology, the circulation efficiency of the traditional supply chain has been greatly improved, and it has further promoted the emergence and development of the multi-channel circulation model of agricultural products. However, the diversification of circulation channels has not solved the problems of large product losses and high circulation costs caused by the many fresh fruit market circulation links and the imperfect cold chain system. With the improvement of living standards, people's requirements for quality of life are also increasing, and freshness is a key element of the quality of fresh fruits.Enterprises can increase or maintain the freshness of products to increase customer purchase rates. In the face of dual channels, consumers are faced with the problem of channel selection. In the face of many factors that affect consumer demand, they also consider the problem of freshness loss of products. They study the dual channel pricing and inventory strategies of manufacturers and retailers,as well as on freshness services.Input pricing, inventory, and fresh-keeping investment decisions are all key issues for academic and commercial circles in the dual-channel supply chain of fresh fruit. In order to solve the above problems, this paper studies a two-level fresh fruit supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer. The manufacturer opens online direct sales channels and also supplies offline traditional retail channels.First, the article analyzes the decision-making factors that influence consumers to buy fresh fruit, and constructs a time-varying function of demand based on freshness while taking into account the factors that affect the mutual influence of channels.Secondly, based on the perishable inventory model,a dual-channel decentralized inventory model of fresh fruits considering freshness input was established, and the existence of a balanced optimal solution for producers and retailers was analyzed. Then, the model under the centralized inventory model was built to study the pricing, inventory, and preservation efforts of supply chain members under the situation that retailers provide inventory and freshness services. Finally, taking navel orange production company G as a research case, the profit levels of the supply chain members under the two inventory modes are compared through numerical simulation, and the optimal storage strategy of the enterprises under these two storage modes and the pricing and inventory under this storage level are analyzed.decision making. This paper draws the following conclusions by studying the application model of company G:(1)When no preservation measures are taken, the total inventory under the centralized inventory model is lower than the total inventory under the decentralized inventory model, and the optimal order cycle is also less than the dispersion Inventory model, but the overall profit of the supply chain is higher than the latter;(2)With the efforts of decentralized inventory preservation, the inventories of producers and retailers present a trend of increasing first and then decreasing as the preservation level increases. When the preservation level reaches a certain value, the profit is the largest, while the inventory level and preservation level under the centralized inventory become Proportional;(3)As consumers' preference for freshness increases, the magnitude of changes in inventory in both inventory modes is increasing. The research results of this paper have theoretical significance and guiding value in the pricing, preservation service investment and inventory management of fresh fruit producers and retailers who have opened or will open dual channels, and can also enable fresh fruit production enterprises, agricultural cooperatives, etc.Adjust decision-making plans in a timely manner in a changing market environment.
