At present,domestic consumers are increasingly demanding for product quality and personalization,and they are paying more attention to shopping experience.As a result,online and offline dual-channel supply chain business mode is becoming more and more refined,which puts forward higher requirements for inventory optimization and channel coordination.However,the existing inventory optimization models and strategies are relatively single,mostly for single node static inventory and limited to profit or cost optimization strategies.Therefore,the study of dynamic inventory optimization model and strategy is of great significance to optimize the inventory of dual-channel supply chain and promote the development and profitability of supply chain enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduced the research status and development trend of dual-channel supply chain,analyzed the classification and characteristics of inventory management mode under dual-channel supply chain business mode,and summarized the objectives and principles of inventory control and optimization of dual-channel supply chain.Secondly,on the basis of Stackelberg decentralized inventory,with reference to newsboy model and inventory factor as decision variable,the optimal objective functions based on profit and turnaround time were established respectively,and the inventory optimization model based on profit and turnaround time was established.The optimal objective function of profit and turnaround time was constructed,and the inventory optimization model based on profit-turnaround time was established.The concept of consumer inventory was introduced,and the profit-turnaround time inventory optimization model was improved based on consumer dynamic inventory.The inventory demand satisfaction index was taken as another optimization objective,and the dynamic inventory optimization model based on consumer inventory was established.In the aspect of algorithm design,considering the shortcomings of premature and selection strategy of standard genetic algorithm,the excellent individual priority weight and collaboration factor were included,and an improved genetic algorithm based on collaboration factor was designed to solve the model.Finally,taking a regional dual-channel sales system of an enterprise as an example,combining the optimization model and improved genetic algorithm established in this paper,the optimized solution wasobtained by means of MATLAB,the feasibility of the model and algorithm was verified.The results show that the improved algorithm has more advantages in dealing with multi-objective optimization problems.Different optimization strategies,reasonable order batch and inventory turnaround time can be obtained by adjusting the weight coefficient,so as to optimize the inventory of each node in the supply chain.From the perspective of decentralized decision-making of supply chain,this paper studied the inventory optimization of dual-channel supply chain.The dynamic multi-objective inventory optimization model based on consumer inventory and considering inventory demand satisfaction index has certain theoretical value for the inventory optimization modeling and analysis of dual-channel supply chain,enriched the theoretical system of inventory management of dual-channel supply chain,and in practice,guided the members of dual-channel supply chain to formulate ordering,production and inventory control strategies reasonably.The rational allocation of resources has certain reference significance.
