With the rapid development of e-commerce,more and more operators choose to gradually optimize a single online or single offline sales channel into a dual-channels sales model that integrates online sales and physical sales to meet the urgent needs of consumers for the upgrading of fresh industry consumption. The emergence of new channels has not only changed the sales model of fresh agricultural products, but also changed its inventory mode, but the high loss rate and high inventory costs in the fresh food industry still have not been resolved. In this thesis, the inventory model of fresh agricultural products is studied by factors such as order cycle, allowable out-of-stock time, sales price, and shelf display quantity. The impact is specifically the impact of shelf display volume on demand rate, summarizing a reasonable dual-channel sales model and management strategy. The main research contents of this thesis are as follows: First of all,for operators with two online sales channels and offline physical sales channels, analyze the consumer demand under shortage conditions, and establish a dual channel for fresh agricultural products that allows supply based on the amount of shortage delays under shortage conditions.Supply chain inventory model,to study inventory control and order strategy within an order cycle.Secondly,on the basis of the previous inventory model, establish a dual-channels supply chain inventory model of fresh agricultural products that takes into account the non-instantaneous deterioration characteristics, and study the necessity and sales strategy of freshness preservation methods within an order cycle. Finally, considering the effect of shelf display volume on consumer demand in physical sales,a dual-channels supply chain inventory model of fresh agricultural products considering non-instantaneous deterioration characteristics and shelf display volume is established, the model is solved, and the sales strategy within an order cycle is studied problem. In this thesis, multiple stock models of fresh agricultural products are constructed with the goal of maximizing the profits of the managers in the cycle.Firstly,by analyzing and solving the model, the effects of sales price, delayed supply under shortage conditions, duration of non-deterioration period and shelf display quantity on product profit and inventory control management are studied, and the optimal price is solved based on iterative method.Effective algorithm. Then, using MATLAB software for numerical simulation, the optimal inventory strategy is solved, and sensitivity analysis is performed on relevant factors such as initial inventory, sales price, potential market demand, buyback resistance factor, and deterioration point. It summarizes the inventory management strategy of fresh agricultural products and gives management inspiration to the managers. Finally, the research prospects considering the preservation methods and the random demand rate are given.
