Nowadays,the online and offline sales model is widely used by enterprises,which is of great significance to improve the distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction of enterprises.However,it is worth considering how to solve the inventory risk caused by the imbalance between supply and demand,and coordinate the relationship between the various channels to achieve a win-win situation due to the uncertain demand of products and the existence of various accidental factors.Lateral transshipment is a common cooperative mode among members of the same level in the supply chain,which has attracted the attention of academia and industry.But when there is a shortage,the offline store will suffer from customer loss caused by transshipment lead time compared with the online store.And the existing literature pays little attention to this problem or discusses how to mitigate churn from the perspective of customers.Therefore,this paper combines game theory,mathematical model and simulation tools to study the ordering decision and supply chain coordination under the transshipment,so as to provide a reference for business decision-making.(1)This paper builds an inventory model with delayed transshipment compensation,which assumes that customer defection is linearly dependent on preference rates.By constructing a profit function and obtaining the optimal order quantity of both stores by taking derivatives.Besides,the existence of the unique Nash equilibrium of inventory order is proved.Then a simulation example is used to compare and analyze the orders and profits of the following cases: with transshipment and without transshipment,with discount and without discount.The results show that,using inventory cooperation can achieve better performance than without cooperation for two stores;and the adoption of price discount can not only alleviate the loss of customers,but also promote the offline store to obtain better profits than those without discount.(2)Based on the above model,a buy back-revenue sharing combined contracts is established to study the coordination of supply chain.By making the optimal order of each channel under the decentralized decision consistent with the concentration,the maximum total profit of the supply chain is obtained,and the conditions that the contract parameters meet at this time are given.In addition,in order to encourage the two stores to accept contracts,discussed their Pareto Improvements.Then,the effectiveness of the coordination contract is verified by comparing the channel profit situation with or without contract through simulation experiments.It is concluded that the supply chain coordination can be achieved when the contract parameters meet certain conditions.Therefore,this article analyzes the cooperation between the two channels from the two aspects of order decision-making and supply chain coordination.
