This study selected the annual caragana pumila,annual caragana roborovskyi and biennial caragana pumila as the objects.Through the interactive experiment of different water and saline soil amendment.Researched the soil improvement benefit of arid area plant that annual and biennial caragana pumila and annual caragana pumila and caragana roborovskyi grow in the saline solid,and researched the growth mechanism,the plants physiology respose mechanism of the two species of caragana plants grow in saline soid,and the optium combaniation of water and solid amendment.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)Among the three amendments' single factor effects of amendments,where showed different effects on solid physical and chemical indexes,which was not only obvoius but also had limitations.Although caragana pumila had vegetation improvment of the soil physical and chemical indexes,it also had limitations.The modified combination comprehensively improve the solid indexes such as soil physical and chemical properties.Furthermore,The combination of caragana pumila and amendment B had the best improve effect on saline land which is dominated sulfate and chlorizated salts in arid area.Reasonable application can improve the solid indexes such as soil physical and chemical properties of saline land.(2)The increase of water was vital to the plants which grow in saline land in arid area.Water and amendment cause an obviously different in the growth of tow species of caragana.The proper increase of water and use amendment can promote the plant growth and the physiological fitness such as photosynthetic rate,osmotic adjustment ability,membrane lipid peroxidation and related enzyme activities.The increase of seedling growth period can effectively improve the growth vigor,material accumulation and osmotic adjustment ability,decrease the membrane lipid peroxidation.(3)Compared in growth and physiological of tow species of caragana,the grwoth advantage of caragana pumila embody in plant height and material accumulation.Furthermore,physiological heterosis also has significantly advantages in some indexes such as photosythensis,length/width ratio and membrane lipid peroxidation.It can be realized that biennial caragana pumila had better stress resistance in saline land in arid area and brought more ecological benefit.The best amendment combination is B3:amendment B('Dilian' saline soil amendment product by Shihezi University Oasis Ecologycal Technology Co.,Ltd.),irrigation amount 350 ml per strain.The dose of amendment is 4.5g/m2,which pour in the plant roots,when spring rehydration.The irrigation method was sprinkler,the cycle was seven days.The period of irrigation cycle starts at using amendment and control the water volume before winter when the temperature is low.
