C.licentiana,was the main species to restore ecological in the northwestern of China,Lanzhou.In this paper,the seeds of C.licentiana were used as experimental materials.Through studying the response of C.Licentiana to different processing,to determine the best germination conditions of seed.In the experiment,six physiological indexes of C.licentiana in different simulated arid environments were determined,and the physiological mechanism of drought resistance was revealed.So the theoretical basis for improving the survival rate and ecological restoration in the production practice was provided.The main results were as follows:(1)The seeds of C.licentiana,divided into Pierced seed coat and unspoiled seed coat,were soaked under different concentrations of GA3.After treated with soaking for24 h and 48 h,the difference was significant,but all reveal that treated with soaking for24 hours were better than soaking for 48 h.The seeds of unspecified seed coat show that low concentration inhibition,high concentration of promoting,when the maximum germination rate was 500 mg/L for 24 h,the germination rate was 74.00%.Pierced seed coat just the opposite,the high concentration inhibits low concentration promotion,rate up to 97.33%.(2)The seeds of C.licentiana,divided into Pierced seed coat and unspoiled seed coat,were soaked under different concentrations of IAA.After treated with soaking for24 h and 48 h.The results show that the seeds of Pierced seed coat were inoculated with300mg/L IAA for 24 h,the seed germination rate was up to 81.33%;germination rate of unspoiled seed coat soaked in 20mg/L IAA for 24 h,was up to 98.00%.(3)The seeds of C.licentiana,divided into Pierced seed coat and unspoiled seed coat,were soaked under different concentrations of Chemical inducer,the germination effect of chemical inducer was not as well hormone.The maximum germination rate of unspoiled seed coat was 68.00%,which was 13.33% higher than that of sterile seed soaking.The maximum germination rate of Pierced seed coat was 86.67%,which was11.33 % lower than that of sterile seed soaking.(4)The seeds of C.licentiana were placed in a variable temperature environment,the results show that high temperature promote the seed germination and lowtemperature inhibit.Under the 20/30?(12h/12h),the germination rate of C.licentiana was about 78.33%,and the whole germination time could be shortened.Under the temperature of 5/15?,only 36.00% and began to germinate on the ninth day,the entire germination process takes 24 days,very slow.(5)The hard seeds of C.licentiana were soaked in warm water,and it was found that the soaking of warm water could promote seed germination,the difference was significant at different temperatures and different time to process.60 ? was the best temperature for soaking,the germination rate of hard seeds,soaked for 20min?30min and 40 min,were significantly increased.The germination rate was respectively45.33% ? 51.33% and 46.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control14.67%.(6)Under simulated drought conditions germination of C.licentiana in different osmotic show that 5%~15% PEG could promote the seed germination.When the concentration was higher than 15%,along with concentration increases,the inhibitory effect of stress on the germination of C.licentiana was significant.(7)The effects of different soil water conditions on the activities of protective enzymes of C.licentiana were different.With the increase of drought stress,the activity of SOD?POD and CAT increase first and then decrease.Under the appropriate drought stress(5%~10%),the activity of protective enzymes increase slowly with the increase of PEG concentration.When the stress increase,the activity and balance of protective enzymes in the plants were destroyed,and the activity of protective enzymes begin to decrease.The activity of protective enzymes in drought stress for 12 h was lower than that for 24 h.(8)With the increase of drought stress,the soluble sugar and soluble protein of C.licentiana were increased first and then decreased.The content of proline increase with the decrease of soil water content.
