The Yellow River Delta has poor soil salinization, poor structure and fragile ecological environment. The development of plantation is facing great difficulties, such as long cycle, slow effect, low benefit and poor growth.Efficient ecological economy is a major strategy for the development of this area. How to improve saline alkali land, innovate management mode and improve stand quality through reasonable measures is an important research content. In this study, the effect of magnetized water on coastal saline alkali soil was discussed through indoor soil column simulation; The effects of magnetized water on the yield and nutrient content of Stropharia rugosoannulata under elm plantation were studied. At the same time, the changes of physical and chemical properties, soil enzyme activity and forest growth were compared and analyzed before and after magnetized water irrigation. The main results are as follows:(1)Magnetized water spray irrigation significantly increased the yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata, increased by 9.05% ? 39.12%,and improved the economic benefit; At the same time,it improved the nutritional components such as vitamin C,fat, protein and amino acids in the fruiting body of Stropharia rugosoannulata, but also reduced the accumulation of total flavonoids.According to the membership function evaluation method, the comprehensive scores of Stropharia rugosoannulata sprayed with magnetized water were higher than the control. The treatment effects of different magnetization intensity from high to low were as follows: 600Gs>200Gs>1200Gs>CK.(2)Magnetized water irrigation directly affects the water and salt movement of coastal saline alkali soil. The smaller water molecules are easier to enter the soil particle gap and adhere to the soil particles, which can effectively maintain the water content in the soil, improve the utilization rate of water resources, promote soil salt leaching, and significantly accelerate the soil desalination rate. The effects of different magnetization are 1200Gs>600Gs>200Gs>CK.At the same time, the contents of available phosphorus, available potassium and phosphatase activity were significantly increased, but the magnetized water treatment had little effect on soil total nitrogen, organic matter and urease activity.(3)Under the combined conditions of forest bacteria(planting Stropharia rugosoannulata under the forest)irrigation with unmagnetized water(CK),the soil p H decreased by 1.05% ? 3.76%,the total nitrogen increased by 5.66% ? 50.26%,the available phosphorus increased by 5.67% ? 51.99%,the available potassium increased by 8.91% ?47.22%,the organic matter increased by 4.10% ? 9.46%,the urease activity increased by6.20% ? 7.54%,and the phosphatase activity increased by 4.14% ? 12.52%;Under the condition of forest bacteria compound, irrigation with magnetized water reduced the soil p H by 6.65% ? 9.28%,increased the total nitrogen by 13.43% ? 76.55%,and increased the organic matter by 13.15% ? 24.73%,with 600 Gs being the best;Soil available phosphorus increased by 22.32% ? 130.69%,available potassium increased by 15.79% ? 105.29%,urease activity increased by 6.93% ? 13.81%,phosphatase activity increased by 9.16% ? 30.58%,with the largest increase of 1200 Gs.It can be seen that planting Stropharia rugosoannulata under the forest can increase soil nutrients and enzyme activity, and the business model combined with magnetized water can enhance the effect of soil improvement, with the greatest impact on the surface 0-20 cm.(4)Irrigation with non magnetized water under the condition of forest fungus compound(planting Stropharia rugosoannulata under the forest)had no significant effect on the tree height,DBH,crown width and root growth of elm plantation, but the annual growth of DBH increased significantly when the combination of forest fungus compound management and1200 Gs magnetized water irrigation was combined(P < 0.01).At the same time,1200 Gs magnetized water irrigation significantly increased the root length density and root surface area density(P < 0.01),and improved its ability to absorb water and nutrients; The average diameter of fine roots, fine root biomass(P < 0.01),specific root surface area(P < 0.05)and specific root length(P > 0.05)also increased significantly. The effects of 600 Gs and 1200 Gs were the best, which promoted the growth of trees. In terms of vertical distribution of fine roots, the biomass, root length density and root surface area density of elm fine roots are0-20 cm greater than 20-30 cm,and the specific root length and specific root surface area are20-30 cm greater than 0-20 cm.
