Erding and Forsythia are two commonly used Chinese medicines in the current diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine.The waste of the medicine residues is relatively large,and improper treatment methods can cause serious environmental pollution.Therefore,it is urgent to use these two medicine residues as potential Resources for reuse.In order to make a reasonable resource utilization of Erding and Forsythia dregs,this study adopts the stacking aerobic composting method,and composts the Erding and Forsythia slag in 5 different proportions.Through analysis of the composting process The change rule of maturity index,ecotoxicology index and nutrient content,etc.,evaluate the compost effect,select the optimal treatment plan among the five treatments,and use the best compost product as a soil conditioner,according to 3 different application rates were applied to soda saline-alkali soil,and a 90-day soil culture experiment was conducted.Through the changes of soil physical and chemical properties and soil bacterial community structure related indicators,the conditioning prepared by the use of diding and Forsythia dregs was explored.The improvement effect of chemical agent on soda saline-alkali soil and its influence on the bacterial community structure of saline-alkali soil.And got the following conclusions:(1)When the composting cycle is over,although some indicators of the two treatments of single-dregs composting meet the national standards,they fail to meet the national standards on the whole.It shows that under the treatment conditions of this experiment,when 15 d is a composting cycle,both single Forsythia and Erding residue compost cannot be completely decomposed.(2)When the composting cycle is over,the three sets of treatment indexes of the mixed medicine dregs compost have reached the complete maturity standard,and the nutrient content of the fermentation product meets the national organic fertilizer standard,indicating that under the treatment conditions of this study,Didin and Forsythia dregs are mixed in a certain proportion and then composted,which can effectively promote the smooth composting of the dregs.The fermentation products can be used as organic fertilizers,soil amendments,and chemical fertilizers.Made into organic and inorganic formula fertilizer.(3)Among the three treatments that meet the standard,the ratio of Erding to Forsythia dregs is 2:1,the temperature rises faster,and the high temperature period lasts longer,the seed germination index(GI)is higher,and the total The decomposition effect of organic carbon is better,indicating that under the treatment conditions of this study,the optimal ratio of Erding and Forsythia dregs is 2:1.(4)Under the treatment conditions of this study,the conditioning agent prepared by applying Chinese medicine residue can improve the physical and chemical properties of saline-alkaline soil,and the larger the application amount,the better the improvement effect.When the application rate of the conditioner reaches 3%,the soil pH drops to 8.55,the electrical conductivity(EC)drops to 538 ?S/cm,the alkalinity(ESP)drops to 32.59%,and the total salt content drops to 12.50%,quick-acting The contents of N,P,and K have increased by 91.90%,44.29% and 55.22% respectively,and the organic content has doubled,and can effectively improve the water permeability of saline-alkali soil,promote the aggregation and transformation between different particle size aggregates,and increase> 0.25 mm The aggregate content of the grain size improves the water stability of the soil aggregates,and most of the physical and chemical properties of the saline-alkali soil can be well improved.Therefore,in the case of comprehensive consideration of economic benefits,in actual production and life,it is more appropriate to control the application rate of the conditioner to 3%.If there are higher requirements for soil quality,you can consider increasing the application rate to 5%.(5)Under the treatment conditions of this study,after leaching,the pH of the saline-alkali soil without the conditioning agent decreased by 4.84%,the conductivity decreased by 7.75%,and the total salt content decreased by 10.00%,indicating that only leaching has a certain improvement effect on the physical and chemical properties of the saline-alkaline soil.But the effect is not ideal.(6)Under the treatment conditions of this study,applying the conditioning agent prepared from traditional Chinese medicine residues can effectively improve the improvement effect of leaching on some physical and chemical properties of saline-alkaline soil.The saline-alkali soil that was leached after being modified with 1%,3%,and 5% conditioners,the pH drop rate reached: 8.80%,8.89%,and 7.85%,and the conductivity drop rate reached:13.67%,17.10% and 19.45%,the total salt content reduction rate reached: 16.22%,20.95%and 27.27% respectively.The improvement effect of the above-mentioned physical and chemical properties is obviously better than that of saline-alkali soil without adding a conditioning agent and only leaching.(7)Under the treatment conditions of this study,the number of soil bacterial OTUs in the saline-alkali soil improved by the application rate of 1%,3% and 5% of the conditioner increased: 4.38%,2.46% and 7.02% respectively,Chao1 The index has increased: 8.69%,8.93%,and 10.37%,the Ace index has increased: 8.94%,9.27%,and 9.20%,and the Shannon index has increased: 5.71%,5.31%,and 7.87%,indicating the use of this research The conditioner can increase the number of soil bacteria OTU,increase the species richness and community diversity of soil bacterial communities.(8)Under the treatment conditions of this study,the application of the soil cond itioner prepared by traditional Chinese medicine residue will affect the relative abunda nce of the bacterial flora.At the phylum level,the relative abundance of Proteobacter ia and Acidobacteria in each treatment increased by 2.94%-17.32% after applying the conditioning agent,and the relative abundance of Firmicutes in each treatment decreas ed by 64.17%,35.30% and 24.61%,respectively.At the class level,the relative abund ance of ?-Proteobacteria,Sphingobacterium,?-Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria?Gp4,Acid obacteria?Gp3,Spartan and Thermomicrobium increased by 6.79%-244.84% in each tre atment.The relative abundance of Netomycetes,Anaerobic Fungi,Proteobacteria and B acillus decreased: 0.08%-70.58%.(9)Under the treatment conditions of this study,the application of the soil conditioner prepared by the traditional Chinese medicine residue will have a certain degree of impact on the bacterial community structure of saline-alkaline soil.
