Coastal saline alkali soil is an important reserve land resource for agriculture and forestry in China, but at present, due to the high salt content, low organic matter content and low utilization rate of coastal saline alkali soil in China, rapid and effective improvement and optimization of coastal saline alkali soil is of great significance to the improvement of ecological environment and the supplement of increasingly scarce land resources, and the use of residual culture media?i.e.mushroom residue?after mushroom emergence is of great significance)Improving soil is an important measure with low cost and high benefit. Therefore,it is of great significance for the utilization and improvement of coastal saline alkali land to study the improvement of cultivating stropharia rugosoannulata and returning waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata to the field. In this study, five kinds of coastal saline alkali soils with different salt contents?2‰8‰?were used to cultivate stropharia rugosoannulata in the pot experiment. After the cultivation of stropharia rugosoannulata, mixing the waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata with saline alkali soil at the ratio of 120g?dry weight?·kg-11 in the barrel. At the same time, three coastal saline alkali lands with diferent salt contents?2‰5‰?were selected to cultivate in the woodland. After the cultivation of stropharia rugosoannulata, waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata was mixed with saline alkali soil in the proportion of 6*104kg?dry weight?·hm-2.By studying the effect of coastal saline alkali soil on the yield and quality of stropharia rugosoannulata, and the effect of waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata on the soil properties and microbial community of coastal saline alkali soil to explore the feasibility of cultivating stropharia rugosoannulata in in coastal saline alkali soil and improving saline alkali soil with waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata. The main results are as follows:1.Influence of coastal saline alkali soil on stropharia rugosoannulata cultivation?1?The results of pot and forest cultivation experiments on saline alkali soil showed that the coastal saline alkali soil with salt content?background value?<3‰had no significant effect on biological efficiency and yield of stropharia rugosoannulata, and the salt content<8‰had no significant effect on the quality of stropharia rugosoannulata. The salt content of soil has a significant negative correlation with biological efficiency and yield of stropharia rugosoannulata, but no significant correlation between the proportion of grade I stropharia rugosoannulata and the nutrient composition?P<0.05?.?2?The results of the experiment on the cultivation of stropharia rugosoannulata in the coastal saline alkali soil showed that the salt content less than 8‰of soil had no significant effect on the EC,pH and mycelial growth of stropharia rugosoannulata. The coastal saline alkali soil with a salt content of more than 3‰led to a significant increase in EC and pH of the soil covering material, thus decreasing the number of stropharia rugosoannulata primordium.2.Effect of waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata on coastal saline alkali soil?1?The results in barrel and woodland experiments on the improvement of coastal saline alkali soil by waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata showed that the EC,salt content and bulk density of the soil decreased significantly, while the soil porosity, water stable aggregate, organic matter, available phosphorus, alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen content, dehydrogenase, urease, phosphatase activity and biomass carbon content all increased significantly.?2?The results of the experiment on the improvement of coastal saline alkali soil forest land with mushroom dregs showed that after applying waste material cultured stropharia rugosoannulata, the relative richness of Ascomycota and TOP10 Fungi Community significantly decreased, and the beta diversity of soil community changed significantly. The richness and?diversity of soil microbial community increased significantly in salinized soil?wZ2s?.Trichoderma and Arthrobotrys increased significantly in moderate salinized soil,Penicillium and Trichoderma increased significantly in intensive salinized land?iZ2s?,Fusarium oxysporum decreased significantly in moderate salinized soil?im1s?and intensive salinized soil?iZ1s?.The correlation analysis of environmental factors showed that the geographical characteristics of coastal saline alkali were significantly related to the distribution of soil fungal community?P<0.05?.The results showed that the cultivation of stropharia rugosoannulata in the medium salinized land with salt content less than 3‰could obtain higher yield under the cultivation mode of this experiment. If stropharia rugosoannulata cultivated in salinized land with salt content more than 3‰,coastal saline alkali soil improved should be selected as the covering material. After the stropharia rugosoannulata leaves the field, returning the mushroom residue to the field can significantly reduce the salt content, increase the organic matter of the soil, optimize the physical and chemical properties of the coastal saline alkali soil, and enrich the community structure of the soil fungi. It is an efficient measure for the simultaneous utilization and improvement. This study can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for stropharia rugosoannulata cultivation and soil improvement in coastal saline alkali land.
