As the three main contents of project risk management,schedule risk management continues throughout the process of project construction,and the same is true for schedule risk management of offshore engineering module construction projects.The quality of the progress risk management of the offshore engineering module construction project directly affects the construction period of the offshore engineering module construction project,which in turn affects the economic benefits and market competitiveness of the offshore engineering module construction enterprise.Although domestic’s marine engineering module construction enterprises are increasingly favored by some international projects due to the construction sites and supporting facilities and conditions,their level of project schedule risk management is relatively low,and the management model is relatively backward,failing to meet the schedule risk of international projects’ management requirements.In response to this problem,this dissertation studies the marine engineering module construction project and related theories and literature on project management based on the current domestic traditional construction project schedule risk management experience.Taking the ALNG2 Offshore Engineering Momu Penglai Construction Project as an example,the questionnaire survey method was used to identify the schedule risk factors,and an evaluation index system for the schedule risk management of the offshore engineering module construction project was constructed.Then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to transform qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis according to the principle of maximum membership degree,and obtain the main influencing factors of schedule risk management.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model is established to obtain the overall evaluation of project schedule risk management.The above methods are used to propose feasible management countermeasures for the main risk factors existing in the schedule risk management of the ALNG2 offshore engineering module Penglai construction project,and provide a feasible reference scheme for the schedule risk management of other offshore engineering module construction projects.
