Research On Land Use Optimization Of Qinling Mountain Based On Resource And Environment Carrying Capacity

China has entered the stage of ecological civilization construction,and it is the requirement of development that maintaining a fairly good ecological environment.To further explore and solve the issue of man-land relationship in the ecologically sensitive area,this research selects four towns in Qinling mountainous area of Zhouzhi County,adopts GIS spatial analysis method and land use transfer matrix method,and conducts a comparative study on land use change in time and space.The evaluation index system is established on this basis for carrying out resource environmental bearing capacity of the research area,thus the strategy of optimizing land use is proposed.The result of research shows that:(1)the land use in the research area mainly exists the conflict between survival development and ecological protection,the continuous eroded agricultural and ecological land by urban and rural construction land as well as high vacancy rates of rural residential land at present.(2)The influencing factors of the resource environmental bearing capacity in the research area are mainly divided into three giant systems of resource,environment and social economy,including 20 factors from 9 aspects such as land resource,ecological environment and socioeconomic status.Among them,the land resource,the tourism resource,the ecological environment and the geographical environment are the more important indexes of the resource environmental bearing capacity evaluation in the research area.(3)The overall resource environmental bearing capacity of the research area in 2018 is at the middle and low bearing capacity level,among which the main area is at the low bearing capacity level,with an area of 80.01% of the total research area;the middle and low bearing capacity level takes the second place,which accounts for14.71% of the total research area.Among these four towns,Chenhe town and Houzhenzi town have the highest bearing capacity,and they are middle and high bearing capacity level as well as middle bearing capacity level.The research conclusion is obtained that resource environmental bearing capacity of Four Town in Zhouzhi County which is in the ecologically sensitive area of Qinling hinterland is in a low bearing level,it should be defined Three Areas and Three Lines scientifically and reasonably,protect the ecological land strictly,create characteristic agriculture land,use urban and rural construction land intensively,vitalize the idle residential land sufficiently,and optimize the rural spatial layout for the optimization of land use,the sustainable development is realized from three aspects of promoting ecological relocation,strengthening the bottom line control as well as balancing natural resources and utilization.
