Agriculture has always been the foundation of Chinese national economic development,and it is also the most important factor affecting Chinese national strategy.After entering the 21 st century,particularly the environment and land resources,Chinese agriculture has been actively transforming.The development of agriculture in China takes the road of sustainable,sustainable agricultural and industrial development while ensuring the quality and high growth of benefits.The measurement and cognition of the state of sustainable agricultural growth factors in my country is to clarify the current state of my country's agricultural development,accurately obtain the factors that affect agricultural development,and make further quantitative analysis.It is also a necessary part of accelerating my country's agricultural reform.road.Firstly,this paper defined the agricultural total factor productivity,and summarizes it,on the basis of previous studies,secondly uses the DEA-Malmquist index method to analyze the quantitative level and efficiency of Chinese agricultural total factor productivity from 2005 to 2018.Resolve it into two parts:agricultural technology efficiency and agricultural technology progress,and enter in-depth analysis.At the same time,according to the State Council's conception of division according to functional areas,according to the eight major economic regions of Northeast,Northern Coast,Eastern Coast,Southern Coast,Middle Yellow River,Middle Yangtze,Southwest and Northwest China,the total factor productivity of agriculture was investigated.Regional differences and time differences.With the development of economy,inclusive finance plays an increasingly important role in the development of rural economy.In terms of researching influencing factors,this article introduces the development level of inclusive finance into the model as an important variable.This article shows through empirical research that Chinese agricultural total factor productivity has obvious fluctuation characteristics and there are obvious regional differences.The empirical evidence proves that in some areas with higher agricultural total factor productivity,technological progress is faster,but it is usually accompanied by a decline in technical efficiency.Therefore,in the future agricultural development,China will improve the level of agricultural technology efficiency is an important task to promote the progress of Chinese agricultural total factor productivity.Finally,some feasible policy recommendations are proposed based on the results.
