Measurement Of Green Consumption Willingness Of Chinese Residents And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

With the expansion of consumption scale and the environmental pollution caused by the traditional consumption pattern,the quality of life of Chinese residents and the development of social economy have been hindered to a certain extent.To better promote the development of our country residents' green consumption,domestic scholars research on green consumption for many,but limited by the relative statistic data of the green consumption,the current study on the determination of green consumption will lack of representativeness and consistency,the study of factors affecting mostly qualitative analysis or based on the microscopic quantitative analysis of the survey data of,There are few studies on quantitative analysis using macroscopic statistical data.With the popularity of the Internet and Baidu search engine in China,the main way for Chinese residents to obtain green product information has shifted from offline to online.The Baidu index based on active search can well show the purchase intention of Chinese residents to green products,and is an effective way to measure the green consumption intention of Chinese residents.Therefore,by constructing the evaluation index system of Chinese residents' green consumption willingness through Baidu index,this paper can overcome the data limitations and understand the level and spatio-temporal evolution of Chinese residents' green consumption willingness,so as to study the relevant factors affecting Chinese residents' green consumption combined with macro statistical data.Based on this,this article reviews the domestic and foreign scholars about green consumption will,on the basis of related research,baidu index and principal component analysis was used to construct the evaluation index system of green consumption will determine and reveal and various provinces and cities in our country residents' green consumption willingness level and space-time evolution trend,using fixed effect model to identify related factors of residents' green consumption in our country,The following conclusions are drawn :(1)The level of green consumption willingness of residents in China and other provinces and cities shows an upward trend of fluctuation,and the inter-provincial differences are relatively large,and the inter-provincial differences are constantly expanding;(2)Government green procurement has a positive incentive and guidance effect on residents' green consumption willingness;(3)The current e-commerce market in China has a scale effect,which promotes the green consumption intention of Chinese residents through information disclosure;(4)The difference of income level and urbanization level is the influencing factor that leads to the inter-provincial difference of Chinese residents' green consumption willingness.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following enlightenment :(1)expand the scope of government green procurement and improve the supporting policies and regulations,improve the government green procurement system;(2)Continue to expand the scale of the e-commerce market,and stimulate residents' willingness to consume green products by increasing information transmission,increasing trust in green products and reducing the price of green products;(3)Maintain sustained economic growth,promote the process of urban-rural integration,and stimulate residents' green consumption willingness by increasing residents' income and green product supply in backward areas.
