Objective: To understand the status of skeletal muscle strength and hormone levels in perimenopausal women and early postmenopausal women, and to explore the influence of resistance exercise on skeletal muscle strength and hormone levels in perimenopausal women and early postmenopausal women,so as to provide exercise suggestions for improving the physical function of perimenopausal women and early postmenopausal women,so as to promote their healthy development.Research methods: In this study,20 women had been divided into the perimenopausal group(N=6)and early postmenopause group(N=14)according to her menstrual history, early postmenopause according to individual apiration is divided into early menopause in the control group(C2 group,N=6),early menopause resistance group(R2 group,N=8),menopausal transition resistance group(R1 group,N=6),control group not exert any intervention, resistance group women for 12 weeks of resistance training,60 minutes every time,2 to 3 times a week;body composition, skeletal muscle strength, balance, and hormone levels were measured before and after exercise.Results:(1)Before the trial, compared with perimenopausal women, early postmenopausal women in 60 °/s angular velocity, hip extensor relative peak torque, ankle joint flexor relative peak torque significantly lower(P < 0.05),average power, ankle and hip extensor muscles, flexor average power has very significant decrease(P < 0.01);Under the angular velocity of 180°/s,the mean power of hip flexor and extensor and the mean power of ankle flexor were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),while the mean power of ankle flexor had a very significant decreasing trend(P < 0.01).There were no significant differences in body composition and balance ability(P > 0.05),E2 level was very significantly decreased(P< 0.01),and there were no significant differences in IGF-1,Hs-CRP,vitamin D3 and vitamin D(P > 0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of anti-resistance exercise intervention, the average power of hip extensor and the relative peak torque of ankle flexor were significantly increased in early postmenopausal women at 60°/s angular velocity and 180°/s angular velocity(P < 0.05).When the angular velocity of the hip joint was 180°/s,the explosive force of the extensor and the mean power of the flexor and extensor were very significantly increased(P < 0.01).Compared with before exercise intervention, the absolute muscle strength of hip flexor and knee flexor and extensor in perimenopausal women were significantly increased when the posterior angular velocity of exercise intervention was 60°/s(P < 0.05).When the angular velocity was 180°/s,the mean power of hip joint extensor, the relative peak torque of knee flexor and the mean power of flexor and extensor were very significantly increased(P < 0.01).Compared with before exercise intervention, the relative peak torque and average power of hip joint extensor, the relative peak torque of knee flexor, and the absolute strength, relative peak torque and average power of ankle flexor were significantly increased in early postmenopausal women at 60°/s after exercise intervention(P < 0.05).When the angular velocity was 180°/s,the explosive force, relative peak torque and average power of the hip flexor and extensor muscles, the explosive force and average power of the knee flexor and extensor muscles, and the relative peak torque of the ankle flexor muscles were significantly increased(P < 0.05).(3)Compared with before the experiment,12-week resistance exercise could effectively improve the balance ability of early menopausal women, and the balance score was significantly increased(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of body composition between perimenopausal women and early menopausal women(P > 0.05).(4)After 12 weeks of exercise, compared with before the experiment, the IGF-1 content in perimenopausal women was significantly increased(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in the contents of Hs-CPR,E2,vitamin D and vitamin D3 before and after resistance exercise intervention(P > 0.05).(5)IGF-1 was significantly positively correlated with fat-free weight, body fat, muscle mass of left lower limb and RSMI in perimenopausal women after exercise.E2 was significantly positively correlated with PT/BW of 60°/s knee extensor and PT/BW of 180°/s knee extensor. Both vitamin D3 and vitamin D were significantly positively correlated with PT/BW of knee 60° flexor muscle.IGF-1 was positively correlated with PT/BW of the 60°/s extensor of the ankle. In early postmenopausal women after exercise,Hs-CRP was positively correlated with body weight,waist-hip ratio and RSMI.And body fat mass, body mass index and body fat percentage were positively correlated.IGF-1 was significantly positively correlated with 60° hip extensor PT and 180°hip extensor PT/BW in early postmenopausal women after exercise. Both vitamin D3 and vitamin D were positively correlated with hip flexor 180° PT.E2 was positively correlated with PT/BW of 60° extensor of ankle joint. Both vitamin D3 and vitamin D were positively correlated with PT of 60° extensor of ankle joint.Research Conclusions:(1)The hip flexor strength and ankle flexor strength of early postmenopausal women were significantly lower than those of perimenopausal women, and the estrogen content was significantly lower than that of perimenopausal women.(2)The12-week anti-resistance exercise can effectively improve the skeletal muscle strength of perimenopausal women and early menopausal women, especially the hip extensor and ankle flexor.(3)The effect of 12-week resistance exercise on the muscle balance of early postmenopausal women was more obvious.(4)Resistance training can effectively increase serum IGF-1 content of perimenopausal women, and after exercise,IGF-1 is positively correlated with fat-free body weight and relative strength of ankle joint extensor in perimenopausal women. The level of estrogen E2 in perimenopausal and early postmenopausal women after exercise was positively correlated with the relative muscle strength of knee joint extensor and the relative muscle strength of ankle joint extensor.However,Hs-CRP was negatively correlated with body fat percentage and BMI in early postmenopausal women after exercise. In perimenopausal women,post-exercise vitamin D was positively correlated with relative muscle of knee flexor, and in early postmenopausal women,post-exercise vitamin D was positively correlated with explosive hip flexor and maximum ankle extensor.(5)Twelve weeks of resistance exercise had less effect on vitamin D in perimenopausal and early postmenopausal women.
