Objective:Systematic evaluation was used to clarify the influence of vibration training on bone mineral density and fall risk of menopausal women, and on this basis,it was further explored whether vibration frequency and training movements would affect the training effect,so as to provide reference for making more scientific vibration training plans for menopausal women in the future.Research significance:There is an impact of less inquiry training parameters to change the effects of the vibration training of menopause, which is not conducive to the use of vibration training to improve the health level of menopause. This study plans to analyze existing research from the vibration frequency and training actions, explore the impact of its changes on training effects, and provide reference for future scientific development of women’s vibration training programs. Methods:randomized controlled trials on the effect of total body vibration training on postmenopausal women were searched in Pubmed database,Webofscience database,Google academic database,Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI)and wanfang database, and all relevant literatures published before November 15,2020 were retrieved. Two researchers independently evaluated the selected literature according to the Cochrane risk bias assessment tool, and cross-checked the results. If there was disagreement,a third person would rule.ReviewManager5.3 was used for the meta-analysis of the included research literature, while descriptive analysis was used for the meta-analysis.Results:A total of 763 literatures were retrieved and 18 literatures were included, including 8 literatures in Chinese and 10 literatures in foreign languages.A total of 854 postmenopausal women were enrolled, including 469 in the WBV training group and 385 in the control group. In terms of bone mineral density, the study results showed that compared with the control group,WBV training with vibration frequency as increasing frequency was beneficial to maintaining bone mineral density of L2-L4 in menopausal women, with statistical significance(P=0.03).WBV training with multiple movements as intervention was beneficial to maintaining bone mineral density of L2-L4 in menopausal women, and the results were statistically significant(P=0.03).Compared with the control group,WBV training significantly improved the performance of standing up test and sitting up test for 5 times.Conclusion:1.Whole body vibration training with increasing frequency and multiple interventional training parameters is more conducive to maintaining L2-L4 bone mineral density in postmenopausal women;2.WBV training reduces fall risk in postmenopausal women.
