Objective:Through studying motor testing system of Taiyuan China young and middle-aged crowd muscle movement ability of rheological change rule and the existence of the differences between the sexes,establish Chinese youth in Taiyuan city crowd muscle movement ability evaluation system of the prototype,the main contents include:1)The isometric muscle contraction function test system to carry on the independent research and development,at the same time of examining index of reliability and validity of the system;2)Collect the body shape indexes of volunteers and discuss the aging rule and gender difference of body quality indexes;3)The muscle movement ability of the test subjects was mainly reflected in muscle strength,muscle explosive force and muscle endurance.The aging change rule of muscle movement ability and the difference in expression level caused by gender were discussed.4)To explore the correlation between muscle movement ability,such as muscle strength,and body shape indicators and physical fitness indicators;5)Build a database of isometric muscle movement ability of people in Taiyuan,China,and make a preliminary attempt and establish a system of preliminary evaluation criteria.Methods:Group independent research and development of digital isometric muscle exercise capacity test system to recruit 480,25,from taiyuan to 48 years old young and middle-aged men and women volunteers to collect the relevant data of muscle motion ability,including elbow flexor around,around the knee joint flexor muscle motion ability,mainly include muscular strength,muscle power and muscle endurance,at the same time on the subjects' physical quality index.Of men and women of different ages tested elbow muscle group of knee flexion and extension exercise capacity data descriptive statistical analysis,trend analysis of change along with the age,by single factor analysis of variance,the subjects' muscle test of related indicators to analyze the differences and the differences between different age groups,the correlation analysis is adopted to the subjects' muscular strength,muscle power and muscle endurance and correlation analysis,age,gender and body innate quality affect the subjects through principal component analysis(elbow knee flexor muscle group of the main factors of athletic ability and gender differences.Results:1)Age is a significant factor of muscle movement ability(P<0.025).In addition to muscle explosion,the muscle movement ability of young and middle-aged people reaches the highest level at the age of 39 to 40,and then shows a decreasing trend(P<0.05).2)There is a significant gender difference in muscle exercise ability,which is mainly manifested in muscle endurance.The level of muscle endurance of women is significantly higher than that of men,and its attenuation curve is relatively stable with little fluctuation(P<0.05).3)Physical fitness has no significant correlation with muscle movement ability(p<0.05),but under certain conditions,physical fitness can promote the maintenance of muscle movement ability(p<0.05).Conclusion:1)the muscle movement ability test system independently developed by this project has good stability and repeatability,and the obtained results are true,reliable and accurate.2)25 to 48,young and middle-aged group along with the age growth in different range within the scope of apparent differences in height,weight and lean body mass,43-44 height difference is mainly manifested in the age range,and other age range difference,men age range difference of body weight and lean body mass was consistent,mainly in the 42-44 age stage,and the weight difference of female significant period for 31-the age of 32,thin body weight difference is not obvious;3)The exercise ability of elbow and knee flexion and extension muscles of young and middle-aged people aged from 25 to 48 was not significantly correlated with physical fitness indexes(height,weight,lean weight)and physical fitness,but was positively correlated with body circumference.4)The muscle strength of the elbow and knee flexor and extensor group of young people aged 25-48 years all showed a turning point at the age of 40.The muscle movement ability of the young people before the age of 40 was in the stage of slow or high growth,and after the age of 40,they all showed a significant aging decline trend.At the same age,the strength of elbow and knee flexion and extensor muscles in males was greater than that in females,and the strength of right muscle group was greater than that in the left.5)In terms of explosive force of elbow and knee flexor and extensor muscle groups of young and middle-aged people,explosive force of both males and females presents a trend of decline,and explosive force of females decreases faster than that of males.At the same age,the explosive force of male muscles was greater than that of female,and the explosive force of right elbow and knee flexion and extensor muscles was greater than that of the left.6)The elbow-knee flexor and extensor endurance of middle-aged and young people aged 25-48 years showed the rule of first reaching the peak and then gradually decreasing with the growth of age.At the same age,the muscle endurance of the elbow and knee flexor and extensor groups of women was greater than that of men,and the muscle endurance level remained relatively stable.7)In terms of correlation,compared with height,muscular endurance of men is highly correlated with lean body weight,body weight and body circumference,while muscular endurance of women is significantly correlated with body weight,while it is less correlated with age,lean body weight,body weight and body circumference.
