With the function of optical fiber laser marking machine becoming more and more perfect,the research of interpolation algorithm and the development of application software of optical fiber laser marking machine have become an important subject of application value.With the rapid development of laser technology,computer information technology,numerical control technology and microelectronics technology,it is necessary to study the interpolation algorithm and the development of application software with good interactive interface to meet the diversified needs of the current marking machine market.Therefore,the interpolation algorithm research and application software development of fiber laser marking machine have great application value and market prospect.This topic is an enterprise cooperation project between the tutor and Guilin Weiling technology co.,LTD.In this paper,the core technology of the optical fiber laser marking machine system is studied,including the research of interpolation algorithm,the development of relevant application software system,and the establishment of the corresponding hardware platform.The main research work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1.Firstly,the interpolation algorithm based on point by point comparison is studied,and then a control algorithm of laser marking machine based on improved point by point comparison method is proposed.The allowable error range of both sides of the contour line is calculated and set.According to the coordinate points after each feeding,the distance from the coordinate to the contour figure is calculated by the formula,and the next coordinate point is predicted,so as to feed in the corresponding direction.The traditional algorithm is compared with the improved algorithm in this paper.The results show that the improved algorithm has a significant improvement in accuracy and speed.2.In this paper,the software system of upper computer is developed.The host computer system has the functions of file management and information editing,and also can realize the reading,display and interpolation of the vector files.It can not only read the marking patterns drawn by the user in the external plane graphics software,but also can draw the basic graphics which is required to be marked on the upper computer.Parameters such as marking parameters,laser power and marking speed can be set on the upper computer,and the lower computer can be communicated and operated through the serial port and network communication interface.3.According to the requirements of the marking function of this project,the hardware system is built and tested,and the upper computer application software system is connected and debugged to completed part of the design task of optical fiber laser marking machine. |
