Research On The Occurrence Of The Health And Wellness Tourism Resources In Western Yunnan And Its Utilization Approaches

In recent years,the issue of national health has received more and more attention.When planning tourism,tourists have gradually converted from the original pursuit of sightseeing to meet the needs of curiosity into the current pursuit of high-quality natural environment to get a relaxing experience in tourism activities.Especially in the context of the 2020 epidemic,national people are paying more and more attention to physical health,and the tourism industry has also changed under the impact of the Covid-19,so it is a realistic demand to develop the health and wellness tourism.The primary research content for developing the health and wellness tourism is the type and distribution of health and wellness tourism resources.The suitable climatic conditions,high-quality natural resources and colorful ethnic customs in western Yunnan lay the foundation for its development of the health and wellness tourism.This paper,taking western Yunnan as the research object,through field investigation,literature reading and other methods,carries out the classification and function definition of and sorts out the occurrence of the health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan,and puts forward the corresponding the utilization direction and utilization approaches according to the characteristics of the health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the predecessors' research results on the classification of health and wellness tourism resources,the health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan are divided into 5 main types and further divided into 23 basic types according to the development background and formation mechanism.The 5 main types are sunlight-circulation health and wellness resources,earth health and wellness resources,water health and wellness resources,air-biomes health and wellness resources and culture health and wellness resources.(2)Investigate thoroughly the occurrence of health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan through field investigation,explore identification indices of the health and wellness tourism resources,and identify functions of the health and wellness tourism resources by the indices,obtaining the health and wellness tourism resources conducive to human health.(3)According to classification of health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan,analyze functions of each kind of the health and wellness tourism resources,which are divided into physical and mental health and wellness.Sort out the distribution of each kind of health and wellness tourism resources,and confirm the locations of 23 basic types of health and wellness tourism resources in 5 main types in western Yunnan,laying the foundation for its development of the health and wellness tourism.(4)The health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan is characterized by many types and large quantities,and show agglomeration,decentralization and linear distribution in the spatial distribution types,as well as regionality,coexistencedifference and in the spatial distribution characteristics.(5)Put forward the utilization direction and research approaches of health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan,take building well-known international and domestic destinations as the development target in the utilization direction,and create the functional areas of health and wellness according to the distribution of the health and wellness tourism resources in western Yunnan.In the utilization approaches,we should not only develop the special health and wellness tourism product based on resources themselves,but also pay attention to the linkage with other industries,promoting the multi-mode development of the health and wellness tourism.
